Mikey's Azure Transition ..Update 15th May

Recommended Posts

I used to own a standard MK2 MR2 and after a short time i began that transition from standard to show car. Attached are the end results of what i achieved and just recently sold it and bought my Azure Blue Zed.

Having done what i did with the MR2 many are keen to see what i do with the Zed lol.....and i am formulating plans already ;-)

My MR2 ended up going from a standard car with a blown engine to a customised bodykit, 19" alloys, full decat, a 3.0ltr V6 engine with Nitrious etc... pics attached of the V6 MR2 and the new Zed ...

Got these super sexy bad boys .. will get them blinged up soon

19" Kranze Weds.. 10.5j 3"lip and 11.5j 5"lip

Very nice work. Do you plan on taking the 350 down these lines as I have done so. :)

I am undecided at present which route to take the car. Being doing lots of homework though for ideas.. have you got some photis of yours ?

If you did all that to your MR2 it would be rude not to do a similar transformation to your Zed 😄

Indeed, but apart from the fact its a Zed i dont want to go to similar, style wise ;-)

No, what I meant was a good dose of modifying 😉, not to look the same as the MR2 😄

Not completely ex.. this is still on the drive lol

Why did you go with the V6 conversion the Turbo you can get very good power with just a few bits as I did on my old REV 3 Turbo .

I went with it because there were only a few around when I did mine and the sound from a Decatted V6 conversion is just amazing 😆
