350z top gear??

was just thinking, has the 350z ever been around the top gear track driven by the stig.?

if so what time did it do and what other cars were in the same ball park??

No, lol, i had to look it up but do remember it well as they put the Rx8 round at the same time (same laptime) and i was always interested in rotaries with my Rx7 ownership and found it pretty interesting that is was the same time as the M3 as well

thats not bad. goes to show the 370 is a decent bit quicker. some of the times are surprising

I think some of those times are wrong or don't have a "W" next to them? I can't see that a 911 GT3 (Even an old one), is only a few 10th's faster than a 370 or that an M3 CSL is slower? I appreciate that this wouldn't be the same on every track, but both those cars are fairly fast in a straight line and I can't believe the Zed is quicker around corners than those however capable it is.

 

Prepared to be proven wrong though.

Its not really a "track" though, its pretty tight in some parts and doesnt do the uberpower cars any favours. Comparisons done on real circuits are generally a better indicator IME

Seem to remember they said you could add 4 seconds for a wet lap.
