replace bumper reflectors with smoked or mesh, any photos?

I am wanting to change the front bumper reflectors with either smoked ones or some sort of black mesh ones (if they exist).

I have seen the smoked reflectors on ebay, but I cant seem to find any photos of cars with any fitted.

If anyone has any pics, or links to a thread (i`ve tried searching !), I`d appreciate it. They will be going on a Black Zed.

I'm sure BigPhil replaced his reflectors with mesh and will pop up soon with a picture for you.:D

Wasn't it his headlight washers he did? :)

smoked are offered for 2002-2005 cars only

clear are offered for 2002-2005 and 2006-2007 - the shape is a bit different between the years

Thats very useful info, thank you.

I`ll try and get some kind of film then. I have put some black insulation tape over to see what they look like, I think they are better than bright orange, so I`ll definately be doing something.

Im getting mine done soon, got clear strips going in and cutting out the grill and putting black mesh, although I got headlamp washers and am a bit nervous of braking something on removall :headhurt:

i did mine recently, changed them to clear reflectors (the 06-07 are different)

its a pita that the front bumper has to come off but it isnt as bad as it looks once you've done it, i tried everything and there is absolutely no way you can access them without the bumper off :headhurt:

its fairly straight forward the worst bolts are where it attachs to the wings

Nice fitting advice, just a shame it cant be applyed to UK cars

+1 - we have an extra bottle on the passenger side, means taking the bumper off one half at a time
