  1. Mods, please change the title, these are now SOLD.
  2. No. Sorry. I don`t have any centre caps for them.
  3. NotFub, These were going to be a set of track wheels for a `mate`, who has now decided he`s selling his 350z. At his request, only the face was fully painted, a light dusting on the inside only.
  4. This still for sale ? I`m interested
  5. Bought these for my Zed a few years ago. The laquer was flaking in places, so they have been freshly refurbed and painted in Anthracite. I will courier them once payment has cleared. Biiding starts at £50, no reserve. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120775773683 As always, plenty close up photos so you can see exactly what I`m selling. Nige.
  6. Mods, please change to SOLD For significantly less than advertised too.. I never expected such difficulty in selling the car and especially not for the price I had to drop it to.
  7. Price now reduced to £12,250 ovno. Mods, could you please update the thread title to reflect that.
  8. Just a small update. The car was serviced yesterday, no issues at all. It now also comes with 12-month RAC Pan-European roadside assistance, which Nissan are giving with a Full service.
  9. I searched on here for insurance reccomendations last year, lots of people used you, I gave you a ring and you beat any other quote I`d had. I insured my 350Z and wifes car with you as a result. Both premiums were less than elsewhere. Come renewal time, i`ll ring you again. I`d already seen your banners, but reading other members saying they had used you and you offered great cover AND low premiums made me give you a try.
  10. After 3 1/2 years of ownership, its time to sell my Zed. The car is a UK GT model, Ebisu Black Roadster. It was registered in July 2006. There are 2 previous owners, I`m the 3rd. I bought the car with 9,000 miles in November 2007. The car has full service History, First P1 with Nissan, second P2 @ ESR and 3rd P1 at Nissan. It has just been given a full P2 service at my local Nissan dealer. The car now comes with 12-month RAC Pan-European roadside assistance. The clutch was changed to an Exedy unit bought from ZMANALEX in December 2009, only 1,600 miles ago, which brings me to the reason for sale. I`m simply not using it enough to justify keeping it. The kids are older and we go most places in one car which means that apart from sunny days, the Zed just sits in the garage. Mot was done March 22nd @ 20,318 miles, it expires March 23 2012. Passed with no advisories. Tax expires end of May 2011. Tyres are all Falken 452`s with around 3.5 > 4mm of tread remaining. Pads are EBC Yellowstuff allround with plenty material remaining. Its a full UK Spec car, which includes heated leather seats, Cruise, Xenons, 6-Speed manual gearbox, Brembo brakes, Rays Alloys, Bose Stereo. As you can see from the photos, the interior is Black leather (I found the orange option a little bit too much for me), comes with Genuine mats. Nissan Bonnet and boot badges were changed for `Z` ones bought from ESR before they closed. Onto the photos, thats all you want to see anyway isn`t it.... I`ve uploaded them to my webspace too, which doesn`t reduce the quality as much as Photobucket. My 350Z Album I`m asking £12,250, which I think is a good price for the spec, mileage and year. I`ve tried to answer any questions I expect to receive, but if you want to know something, just ask. Nigel. Contact me via PM. I`ll then pass on my Mobile number so we can speak directly.
  11. Cheers Mr Cragus Ive pm'ed Neilp No,you PM`d me
  12. As someone already said, do you REALLY think so ? Its only £220 extra a year for a newer model, taking everything else into account, ie insurance, fuel and servicing, will £220 make THAT much difference ? I`d rather have a newer model to be honest. When I bought my Zed, I knew what the running costs were going to be, anyone who does even a little research should be aware of the costs before buying. Fortunately, they are very reliable and apart from fuel, other running costs are very low. I`ve been keeping an eye on prices for a while now as I`m putting my Zed up for sale in a few weeks and I must admit, I am surprised at the prices some cars have been reduced to and still haven`t sold.
  13. Chris, I went with my wife and 2 kids AND spare tyres, we wouldn`t all be able to fit into the Zed
  14. I`m still struggling to see why you are getting on your high horse about this. Your number plate is illegal, you were stopped. Simple. You may think its pathetic, but at the end of the day you know the rules, just like the rest of us.
  15. I haven`t fixed mine. Learned to live with it, not ideal but hey ho.
  16. Mazda on Track actively `discourage` the "...eeerh... wrong crowd", for the same reasons. It can spoil it for everyone else. Although called `Mazda on Track`, they do allow other marques too 350Z owners are very welcome and they make awesome drift cars for novices too
  17. This is pretty much a copy/paste from my review on Northloop, so the names aren`t relevant. The pictures tell the story anyway Short version. It was great fun, lots of messing around, nothing hit and is pretty cheap too. Mazda on Track Car control days. Loaded up Friday, that was interesting, I reckon there was 25mm clearance each side of the Nissan between the alloys and trailer sides :o . Drove down to MK to stay with Simon, traffic was awful, what did I expect for a Friday night? Short 30 min drive to Finmere then ready to unload the Nissan. A guy came over and asked if he could borrow my footpump, no problem. He came back 5 minutes later having broken it. "sorry...." Cup of coffee, sign on then time for the most relaxed Briefing I`ve ever been to :thumb: "don`t crash and have fun" were basically the rules of the day. Then is was time for some sighting laps behind Al (who drove the quickest signting laps I`ve ever done...), immediately after, we started on the `handling course`, I say handling, but it appeared almost everyone treated it as a drift course.... Alex had a check underneath after hitting the `bump` partcularly hard. Initially, some people were struggling with understeer, including this guy who`d won this car in the Raffle @ Bovington. cone collecting... Cone removal team in operation The Nissan was easy to drift. Matty was having a great time. There were spinners too. Alex Simon Then, it started to come together. Even Al had a play.. After a morning`s instruction, Helen took to the circuit Jim had a go and understeered.. Alex was the first to destroy a tyre. Smoke, we liked Smoke Jim drove Ian`s car, and span.. When spinning, the general consensus was that keeping it pinned was a good idea Darren all wired up. Just before Lunch, Nick pointed out my rears were down past the canvas and to the metal. Whoops. Fitted the spare pair of `fronts` to the back, up to 45psi and away we went. Lou went out for a go on the short track, she span a couple of times, but managed to get the back out and then save it, so for here, that was job done and she was happy We`d brought some portable burners, frying pans, bacon, eggs and bread for lunch. Surprisingly, a queue formed.... The afternoon was pretty much the same as the morning, lots of fun and wearing out of tyres. Helen was giggling from the passenger seat as usual. I knew the tyres were well worn, took Simon for a couple of runs. The last one and I managed to get the transition from left to right in one slide, best I`d done all day, I was chuffed. Went towards the finish line sideways when the rear tyre popped. Ah.. Day over, so I had a few great laps with Alex as he tried to destroy the rear tyres he`d been `loaned`... Loaded up and left around 4:30pm, back home just under 3 hours later after an awesome day. I`d definately recommend the day, the surface looked bad, but was actually OK, the tyre wear was higher than expected, I destroyed 4 part worn tyres in 22 miles. Most of that was sideways with the tyres smoking, but you are much better going with a set of cheap tyres on an event like this. You`ll have just as much fun. Organisation was very relaxed, so long as you didn`t look dangerous, you were left alone, with advice being offered when needed. Catherine, who spent the morning in the X5, had the inverter plugged in. Unfortunately, just as we were ready to leave, I tried to start the X5 and the battery was Flat ! OH NO !! Fortunately, Alex had a booster Pack we could use. I can understand why people keep using MoT, they are a great set of guys Couple of videos from the Day, unfortunately, the stabilisation had been turned off http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ljkdof12Y A MASSIVE thanks to cookiemonster, who sold me these alloys and tyres. Which, by the end of the day, were worn out..
  18. Thanks for this, I was wondering exactly the same, I was thinking they weren`t being sent.
  19. I`ve tried PM`ing you, but it just sits in my outbox Any chance you could send me some pics of the wheels /tyres please? Nige.
  20. Just to jump on this thread, if you still have a set for sale, I`m still after some. Pictures by PM showing tread remaining would be appreciated.
  21. Yeah, I`m just after the rears, I was confused that all.
  22. I`m a little confused, are you selling a full set or pair of rears
