    Envy Z badges

So for a Blade silver car, what do people think is the best colour badge? SATIN SILVER CHROME SILVER PEARL BLACK
  2. One at about 1pm, roughly J17-18, the other at about 2pm roughly J7-10.
  3. in the car park of Caerphilly Golf Club on Saturday afternoon.
  4. I spotted a GM coupe joining Mundels roundabout, Welwyn Garden City this morning. Flashed (my lights)
  5. When I got mine, the standard horizontal cover was missing. I got in touch with the previous owner and she still had it in the shed, so I managed to get hold of it. Its fine – it hides everything in the back part of the boot. Of course the front part is on show to all. I call this bit “the shelfâ€, and it is only ever used for temporary storage.
  6. This is a repost, but thought you would be interested...
  7. If you haven't already, think about registering for the Street Challenge. Its free and you get a record of your times on the web site. I didn't know about it until after I been. http://www.rwyb.co.uk/cc_introduction.php
  8. 14.6 was my best time. TC off worked best for me. I could do with going back and having another go, because with a bit of practice I'm sure I could get a lot more out of the first 60 ft.
  9. Are they legal, are they dangerous and what are the benifits of having them?
  10. In all seriousness, the zed is not the quietest place in the world to be. If you put the engine / exhaust / road noise together with the aircon at full blast, and add in the radio loud enough to hear over the top of it all, the gentle ticking of the indicators doesn’t stand a chance.
  11. Well I can only assume you are not pushing it hard enough Try pressing the pedal on the right.
  12. That doesn't sound right. All the ones I've driven here (17) all flick off when they should. They do flick off, but the steering lock required to make it happen is a little more on the zed than some other cars. So there are times when you would expect them to flick off, but they don’t. This coupled with the fact that the visual and audio indications are not the best, I think most people here will have left the indicators on by mistake more than once.
  13. May I point out its rear wheel drive.
  14. I've never got that Perhaps it’s the people I talk to? I normally get a very positive reaction and quite a lot of jealousy
  15. I could be persuaded to stay for the weekend. I know I can beat a Civic type r. Not so sure about a teg. I’d like to try, though lol.
  16. I was thinking of going on the Saturday and running on the track. Will you be there on the Saturday?
  17. 1. H5 (poss weekend) 2. Nurrish 3. IanS16 (one day only) 4. xStric9x(poss weekend) 5. Shire (poss weekend) 6. ALT (prob one day only)
  18. The best thing is the feeling when you are accelerating hard in 2nd or 3rd gear and the acceleration is just so smooth and keeps on going Worst thing – no glove compartment in the front. You’ll get over it
  19. A standard looking azure blue coupe, 55 plate, and another blue coupe with a body kit, a white stripe down the side and a personal number plate.
  20. It must be one of these clever new stealth sunroofs.
  21. I test drove a 350Z and an RX8 on the same day (in that order). There was no comparison. The RX8 had to be in a low gear before it did anything. The 350Z will pull from low in the rev range and you get a steady increase in acceleration up to the red line. I was upgrading from a Honda Prelude 2.2vti, which was a great car, but I wanted something that I didn’t have to rev the nuts off to make progress, and the 350Z fitted the bill. I drove a Mazda 3 MPS a few days before. The turbo does give a kick in the back, but it delivers the power in a very tight rev range. So the power kicks in and it feels great for a second, but then the turbo gives up and the last 500 rpm feels lifeless. So you end up changing up at about 5500rpm, which makes it feel like driving a diesel. I’m very happy with the 350Z.
  22. Mine is not fixed any more. It came off a few weeks ago and is dangling by the cable. No detrimental effects, though. I've heard several suggestions for this... I don't have sat nav, so it probably isn't that. Phone aerial has been mentioned a few times (but the bluetooth is in the arm rest?). I've also heard central locking receiver. I’m not sure, but someone here will know.
