  1. Given that I've stated numerous times that the reason Corbyn needs to go is because the UK desperately needs a strong (and stable) Opposition for the government to function properly, I choose to ignore your not-so-subtle dig sir. We do need an Opposition. We don't need Unions. Unions used to be very important back in t' days of working down t' mill, but these days they're useless, toothless, and perfect examples of champagne socialism. The train driver thing serves as the perfect example of this. In more general answers to your questions, if an employer tries to change my contract illegally then I shall take them to court over it for breach of contract, something that has evolved in UK law over hundreds of years. If I don't like more general practices then I'll leave and work elsewhere. Would I work for Sports Direct, given a choice? I've no idea, but in theory I have nothing against them in principle. Do I think they're a stand-up example of an employer? Not at all, but no-one is forced to work there. You're quite wrong when you say that worker's rights are not enshrined in law, and I mean proper statute stuff as well as common law. Employment Right Act 1966, HASAW Act 1974, Working Time Regs 1998: They're the main ones, which are of course backed up by numerous amounts of case law precedents.
  2. And more torque steer than you can shake a scrabbled corner at
  3. Unions are completely useless these days, ironically because we have so much employment law that they were desperate to have. The only thing a union is good for is to protect the old boy's network they have amongst themselves, which again is ironic as that's what they hate about the current government. The union rep is always the least-liked person of any workplace. Anyone else notice that too?
  4. She's blaming it being her seventh interview this morning. You'd think after six goes she'd have it down to a tee, no? As someone else on another forum pointed out, if you listen to the interview carefully you can hear the exact moment where an aide passes her a load of papers with the answers on
  5. Being married, it's all I have these days
  6. She can make all the faces she wants, her head'll be face down in the pillow anyway
  7. And no-one ever thought that Labour could have a weaker leader than Milliband. I guess people said it often enough at the time, and these things have a habit of becoming a self-fulfilling prophecy. I HAVE NEVER SLEPT WITH ARIANA GRANDE I HAVE NEVER SLEPT WITH ARIANA GRANDE I HAVE NEVER SLEPT WITH ARIANA GRANDE YET
  8. I think that's in Labour's manifesto.
  9. Rather a till girl than a call girl
  10. Yup, which is why we end up with people like Abbott in there.
  11. Any time, us orange wrapped car owners gotta stick together
  12. You can use a clay bar, but you need A LOT of lube because otherwise it can mark the wrap and that's one mark you may not be able to remove ever. No reason not to though, I've clayed mine once with the AS clay cloth and it worked a treat. You need to know what you're doing with the ceramic stuff, as it's easy to get it wrong and wreck everything. On paint you can at least polish it off and try again, with wraps you're a bit knackered if you get it wrong. Needs to be done indoors and on a cool-ish (i.e. not freezing but not like an oven) day. Probably best left to the pros if you're not confident, I've done a couple now on paint and it's been fine but I have been nearly caught out a couple of times, and there was a panic to correct in time!
  13. Gloss or matt wrap? For gloss, just wash with regular shampoo and/or snow foam and then top up with the wax product of your choice. I use either DJSN or Envy FA on mine, depending on mood (usually FA though, too easy and gives awesome beadingness). Best thing to do would be to pop a ceramic coating on it before it gets too covered in swirls. I use Envy Revolution for my wheels, but clearly you don't want to be getting any of it on the wrap for a long period of time so just be careful where you spray it. And be very careful when using a jetter on it, as you don't want to start pulling the wrap off by getting too close/using too powerful a spray. But in general, just wash and protect as normal. Just avoid any abrasives (so polishes) or strong chemicals (fallout remover).
  14. She was on BBC Breakfast earlier. I damn as hell nearly punched the TV screen through the wall. There is not a more useless person in politics today. How anyone could even think of voting for the racist muppet is beyond me.
  15. Well this is a bit odd, normally it's me being the negative one on the 350Zs  I've never had any kangarooing issues on the HR, and there's no real suspension issues outside what you'd find on anything else of a similar weight (Porsches have the coffin arms, for example). I agree with the slush fund just in case though, always a good idea
  16. I tend to put with PB, the mobile app is much quicker than the desktop site. Still not great, and really the best thing to use would be a proper ftp server, but not everyone wants one.
  17. Kangaroos? Suspension issues of the DE? Slave cylinder siting in the bell housing isn't a fault as such, it's just where they chose to put it. Which isn't a great place for access, so I'll give you that one
  18. I'm pretty sure me and you were separated at birth. I really, really f*cking hate that programme with a passion, there is zero humour content at all.
  19. Imgur is gash, IMHO. It's meant for dropping funny gifs into, not photo storage and it's very awkward to use for folders etc.
  20. I would disagree. Jokes are supposed to be funny.
  21. Full of faults and design flaws? Apart from the oil gallery gaskets, I'm struggling to think of another.
  22. If the clean side was actually clean, like immaculate, then I could half see the point of that (even though I personally don't get it). It's just a bit half-arsed though, isn't it? Chancer. Total chancer.
  23. Just buy a new badge you tight git
  24. Go for something different, try the Targa. I suspect it'll keep value better than the convertible, but not as well as the coupe. It's also the coolest out of the lot. That said, a 2WD manual coupe is going to hold value much better, especially with the PCCB and carbon buckets.
  25. Not jealous at all... much! Great choice bud, I've yet to drive a GTS but the cooking S is still utterly brilliant.
