  1. My left hand washer is also in the stuck out position, the right hand one appears to be stuck in. I guess we wait!
  2. I hear it's release has slipped to late July next year for a UK release. I think I'll be looking to change my 350z to a year old 370z around July 2010 Can't warrant the change any earlier
  3. Yep, like the video review. The new Z has really grown on me and I think I'll definetely be replacing my current car with the new one end of next year or beginning of the following year.
  4. Looks good, only thing that would put me off is its not a GT model so you have cloth seats and basic stereo.

  6. Having used a TomTom for the last couple of years I really didnt like the Birdview system and thats why I dropped it off the list of "must have's" when purchasing my Z, I use the space saved to keep my TomTom in
  7. I returned to the car in a supermarket car park, pressed the unlock button, doors unlocked and indicators flashed twice. Opened the door and a few seconds later the alarm starts going off. I closed the doors and locked the car, minute or so later the alarm stopped. Unlocked, opened doors, few seconds, alarm going again, couldnt start the car. Locked again, waited for the alarm to stop, unlocked the doors and this time got the keys into the ignition and engine started. Pulled away and alarm started going while driving. It went off a minute later and stayed off. This morning I went to the car and everything appears to be working fine again. Should I be worried or did the system just get temporarily confused?
  8. The interior of the 296 is what Ebized posted. Silver heating controls, silver round gearstick. Softer coverings on doorts etc.. LED rear lights, slight different front bumper.
  9. I didnt really notice much difference between the 276 and 296 engine (I owned a 276 engine but just test drive the 296) so I wouldnt base your decision purely on that, the interior improvements on the 296 onwards are well worth it though. Noticed a huge difference between my old 276 and my current 313 engine but this is whole new engine so it's to be expected
  10. Can confirm its a boot cover, looks to cover things quite nicely

Haha, yep, I think slowly but surely everyone is becoming converted. I think when we actually see one in the showroom it will be a sure fire "buy it now" I even like it and blue and red and I normally can't stand blue or red cars!
  12. Desperate to wash mine too but we're currently having the drive block paved so its been out of action for the last week and I dont fancy washing it on the street. Should be finished Tuesday
  13. Thanks for the link...... I think I'll leave it
  14. I have noticed a very light dent on the rear plastic bumper, barely noticeable and I think if I could get some pressure behind it it would pretty much flatten back out. I have tried to put my hand up behind but there is all sorts in the way (exhaust). Any easy way to get behind without majorely taking bits apart?
  15. Gotta put the shocks somewhere.
  16. As silly as it may sound I am hoping that once it has a number plate on the front it will make it look a little better.
  17. ersen.o, Hmm, liking the rear but still not feeling the front!
  18. Definetely liking it more and more. Like the 350z it looks so much nicer with the little rear wing some of them have been seen with, tidies up the rear really nicely. Still not quite convinced about the front but think this will look better in the flesh.
  19. Got the car back today and can't tell there was ever a problem Very happy with the quality of the work from Pennings in Leighton Buzzard. Apparently once the small rear windows are taken out they cannot be put back in hence the new one being required.

Seen a few more pics and its definetely got to have the little rear wing on it rather than no wing atall http://www.the370z.com/members/ak370z-a ... 10-08.html

I really like it in the above colour but all other colours I've seen so far don't have the same impact. Can't beat Grey
  22. Yeh, I definetely think they're going over the top with the work. As long as it comes back as new I'll be happy, just made me feel a little nervous the fact they're taking the window out! Dent wasnt even that deep but it was the first thing I saw every time I looked at the car so had to be sorted.
  23. Ah ok, it was over the rear wheels, makes me feel better that I decided to go through there insurance then! Thanks

Each new pictures I see is making it easier to talk myself out of getting one. Maybe it will be different when I see one on the road.
  25. Had someone open their car door on my rear wing at the weekend, going through insurance and my car was taken away on Monday to be repaired. Had a call to say I should get it back next week but they are waiting for the new rear window to come in!!!!! Looks like to paint they have to remove the rear window. Sounds like the bodyshop just milking the 3rd parties insurance company but now I kind of wished I'd just got dentmaster to push the dent out and paid for it myself
