  1. Hi Alex - hope all is well with you. I am going to take Mark up on his offer for the short term - but am thinking of getting coilovers soon - I have been looking at the BC racing ones - can you get hold of these? David Edit: oops - I could have sworn I pressed the pm button then
  2. Nice one Mark - I am meeting Colin at the Grasshopper at 1pm - so could come after that Can you pm me address tel etc Many thanks
  3. Since having my spacers fitted I have noticed the gap between my rear wheel arch and wheel is a lot lower on the nearside than the offside - by almost an inch. I have looked at the springs and they don't appear damaged - they are both the same bore and both red colour coded. Is it possible for a spring to become 'weakened'? What else could be the cause of this?
  4. Glad I could help Chris I would snap a pair off you, but I already have some
  5. Typical response from Dan - but I kinda expect it from him To be perfectly honest, this does really work for me. May I also remind people that I run a K1 without bungs.... But in the end, a car will always have somesort of roadnoise and especially us Zed owners, due to the fact that our boot area kinda blends with the rest of the cabin. It's called a "ghetto mod" for a reason. I'm not an audiophile that demands perfection, just an average joe that doesn't want to spend £500+ on a new headunit and harnesses.......well not yet anyways +1 - what he said! - I agree 100%
  6. most people use aftermarket pads - fedorra/ebc etc are way better than stock - I am sure a trader will be along and pm you soon
  7. dibs on spacers (for my mate - and subject to a reasonable price)
  8. Typical response from Dan - but I kinda expect it from him

  13. Sorry No worries - to be honest by the time you take into account postage etc, it was getting close to the Nissan retail price anyway - so I'm not that bothered

bet it does - its a joke at the moment annoying cos the noise on accelarating i love but the 2-3k rev drone every day is at the end of the rd Take it to a decent exhaust centre or mechanic and they will sort out the vibrations for you - I think I paid £50 for fitting, including the weld - sounds great now - however it will always be loud (without vibrations) so if you dont like noise try another

When I had my K1 fitted, I had a minor weld done to stop it vibrating on subframe - apparently it makes a huge difference

  19. 1/ martinmac if I have to walk there. 2/ SunGodRA - need to confirm, might be in Mexico then

  21. cheers - everyone is raving about the D1 Spec throttle controller, but from what you have said its not needed after a remap/flash?? ps congratz on 5000 posts - I missed that
  22. 100% open throttle? If it gives you quicker access to power, would there be any need/use for a throttle controller after having this done (I was thinking D1 spec) - or am I totally confusing things
  23. I have on my GM - see here viewtopic.php?f=9&t=27127&hilit=+paint
