lol my friend pm'd the guy who is selling the Nemisis Veilside car, as he is interested but not at that price, asking him if it was similar to the other car that was for sale (i.e my old Veilside as he loved it alot but couldnt afford at the time) He messaged me back saying that the other car for sale was basically crap and was in a right state and that his was the authentic Veilside Kit. He said the other car only looked good in pictures but in reality looked a complete mess And the reason why he was selling was cos he was buying a Gallardo. Think he is smoking crack if he is telling people that my old car was a ripoff and was in a right mess, if he lived closer he'd be recieving a black eye right now lol. Ahh well guess he has gotta try n sell his car somehow, hes already changed the price like 3 times now is it lol. I messaged him back from my mates email telling him Im Zedrush and that use to be my car and he is chatting sh!t

Lol, I could never be able to achieve that kind of weight. The kind of training I have to do is what they call kinetix training, elastic training and kettlebell training. Kinetix Is basically about shifting your own body with added weight. So elevated pushups with about a 40kg plate strapped on the back pushing out 6 sets of 40 kind a thing. Everything I do is purposed to fighting, so muscle endurance is a must have, being able to deal with lactic acid and getting more oxygen to the blood quicker in order to survive in the cage. But I take my hat of to you. Do you have to get check up quite a bit as can imagine thats quite a bit of tension you are putting on your heart?

Thanks mate, I'll take it nice and steady, give her space like you say. I won't mess with her head, I love her enough to support her in her decision, she has to come first just now and I'll be fine in time. Don't worry about her ex needing a slap. He must be a decent bloke or she wouldn't be with him. She is a very good judge of character and I trust her. If anyone did need a slap I did Ju Jitsu for 8 years, worked the doors for 8 years and now Powerlift competitively. He lifts weights but is about 14 stone wet through so I could put the guy in orbit if I really felt that way about it. I don't of course, I have no bad feeling toward the guy and me getting violent would only upset her. I would accept that physical violence is sometimes appropriate, but this isn't one of those times. Yeh he has gone for two weeks, I met his mate as well when he came down to Cage Rage, Sarnie kept saying his mate was on big brother, so I introduced him to everyone as the one who got of with Jade Goody lol, then I introduced Sarnie as Nardia from Big Brother and said he had a sex change back into a man and this was the result. Sarnie wernt impressed lol, his mate thought it was hilarious though lol
