You'd need the middle and rear as the OEM mid wont join to any aftermarket system as they all come with a new mid pipe...

The Milltek is stailess steel, the Nissan is mild steel, but from cat back I believe the OEM is dearer...

I'd say the Milltek if you wanted to try and keep the exhaust quiet, let us know if we can help...

The spacers come with their own set of nuts to secure and fit them to the hub, you can then use your original wheel nuts to fit your wheels to the spacers...
