I think the Z looks great in all the colours despite everyone teasing each other about it. I do think the brighter colours stand out more when you drive past them but they're all good........................except yellow..................
Seriously though, i've seen a couple of red ones and they look stunning - and I don't usually like red cars.
What a lame reason! Did the job go internally by any chance? If that was the only reason they could give you then you probably did well and they'd already decided who they wanted before the interview!
come and stay at my house for an extortionate fee?
It's hard for me to recommend hotels as I don't actually stay in any of them but there's lots of typical type places on the outskirts i.e holiday inns etc.
The Monkbar hotel is nice and has parking and is a a short walk from town centre and not far from lots of nice italian restaurants and minster. Ive heard it's quite reasonable.

A really nice place is the jarvis hotel

what a set of muppets. I haven't checked to see if I got the refund but it's bloody funny if I did - they've actually let me advertise my car for free for 3 weeks!
What does Cat 1 actually mean? What is the difference between this and a bog standard factory alarm on other cars? It must be better in some way if insurance companies demand it like mine did.
I advertised my CTR on ebay under a classified ad so there was no bidding process or buy it now it was simply an advert with the details, price and my phone number. The advert was approx £15 for 4 weeks. I had lots of enquiries but actually sold the car to a friend of a friend. I therefore edited the ad to say sold.
Anyway, bizarrely today I had an email from ebay to say they had removed my ad due to me infringing the rules of ebay. I had broken the rules by putting the words “sensible offersâ€
Christian was recommend to me from someone on another Jap site who has used him before. I believe he specialises in the jap side of things. He knew his stuff about Alarms, vin numbers, importing etc. I phoned the normal office number and they asked if I had been recommended a particular advisor so I just said it was him I wanted to speak to. They are a broker and put me with Highway insurance. Don't know if I would have got it cheaper direct but it saved me any hassle over insuring on the Vin etc because he's sorted all that out for me. He did seem fairly flexible on a few things.
funny, just pm'd Val about this and now I've seen this thread! On another site I go on we have a paypal button which you can just click to donate - it is totally voluntary. I would happily do this. I think how much you get out of the site depends on how much/if you would pay.
On the other hand I paid a £10 annual charge on another site I use and never got the 'membership pack' and no matter how many other people mentioned they hadn't got theirs it was still not forthcoming.
What an arthur daley you are! Trying to con me out of my pennies when I've got over 350 posts! Seriously though, I shall still send the money, I think it's a very small price to pay for the entertainment value of the site, plus the sticker.
