  1. Next time your MOT is due, it might be be a good idea to to print a copy of this, and take it with you, to convince your local tester the Z can't be tested on the rollers, because there's a few out there that don't seem to know. http://www.dft.gov.uk/vosa/repository/11%20107.pdf
  2. I noticed when I replaced the valve with a in line connector, the pressure was very fast, maybe yours is partially blocked?
  3. thanks I'll get one. will it do any damage in the meantime?
  4. That's exactly what it was, replaced it with a straight though connector thanks a lot, people.
  5. thanks for the reply, the car's booked in for a MOT on Monday, would that be a fail?
  6. Hi Guys. The windscreen washer motor is working, but there's no water coming out of the jets, the rear washer and the headlight washers work OK. I've had the car in the bodyshop for a front bumper re-spray, maybe they've dislodged the washer tube in some way?,( I can't think of anything else it could be) is it easy to get to the area where the motor is located. Thanks in advance.
  7. Great looking pics, bud I was there earlier this year

  9. Hi Guys. do you need to remove the front wheels? thanks in advance .
  10. apologies, thought it was the same model
  11. What do you think of it mate? How is it to drive, and hows the ride? It's certainly a step up in refinement, but as for looks, I'd go for the Z any day I've discovered this pic, so could be having second thoughts, on the looks front. I think it's the grey, that's putting me off.
  12. there seems to be plenty of gizmo's to play with, but as for the symbol, your guess is as good as mine. maybe, it stops abruptly, and won't start again till you've had a break and had a cup of tea.
  13. What do you think of it mate? How is it to drive, and hows the ride? It's certainly a step up in refinement, but as for looks, I'd go for the Z any day
  14. even though you were in the house and nowhere near the car at the time, how can that be considered your fault.
  15. do you have to declare a no fault claim?, and if so would it affect the premium.
  16. that's cleared that up then, cheers.
  17. You failed to spot the major fun factor killer - the SLK isnt petrol Having just picked this up, I was told it's petrol
  18. @ this moment, I have this on hire, till my Z gets repaired (brand spanking new with 76 miles on the clock)
  19. Why can't it be tested on the rollers? Had mine in April and brakes were done on the rollers like any other car. It screws up your LSD or something like that. I believe it's in the handbook! viewtopic.php?f=9&t=42203
