Good point, my old M3 had launch control and in the manual it stated that although it was a viable function, it was not advisable to use frequantly, due to wear on the clutch and drive shaft etc. However launch control is an epic function on a drag strip

Hmmmmmmmmmm That mileage seems a bit ropey for a car of that age, it equates to 33 miles a week!! Also although the Tiptronic box has had good reviews, as I hear its a great autobox, unless you specifically want an auto I wouldn't go for one. Also a Blade is not the most inspiring colour, have a look on www.pistonheads.com there are 34 on there and 7 that would seem to be in the price bracket you are looking at.
