Very true, silver or grey cars always need something out of the ordinary to get them noticed from the crowd Yesterday I was on a slip road and 4 cars in front of me and 2 behind were all silver or grey - a zed the same colour would have just blended...... However, I do think all zeds are lovely.......... Nicely saved

GM is also the fastest colour statistically there are more boosted GMs than any other colour

Yeah but you are a brand whore , HKS is a lovely kit though. I have read the bible a few times, very interesting reading have learned a lot from it so far. I have ordered the kit from Dan at assultech.com, very nice guy friendly and helpful. Coming to £2700 shipped , I've invited him on here so hopefully we will get him on board and get some nice FI group buys on the go. Just need to save up for the other bits now R

Amp feed Pioneer instructions were a bit misleading, stating that the blue/white wire was for aerial retraction when it was actually for the amp

Got up early this morning and took some pics before I went to work Bose connectors Back of new headunit Pioneer loom The Pac was already wired for my old alpine unit & worked fine up until last week, I would have thought that it would just be a case of plugging in the pioneer loom to the pac & it would work Help

Don't think so Won't be able to get pics for a while, my car is being collected tomorrow to go to abbey My alpine headunit had - Bose loom > Pac > speaker harness > alpine loom & it worked fine for 3 years. Everything works on my new unit except the sound, but with a multimeter on the ignition feed from the bose to the pac it reads as 0 but between the other side of the pac I get a reading fine from there sounds like a broken connection, have you re checked all your old splices, i wonder when removing the old setup if you broke a connection somewhere?? Yup all checked, only connection that was broken when I removed the old setup was the feed for my tomtom, but that was direct from the alpine loom & not the pac or bose loom. Thought this would be a simple job tonight, but spent 6 hours out there & still have no audio

As abovem bose loom connectors are a different shape and size to the port on the pioneer so it has to go through the pac

it would indeed or at least it should, do the jdm bose ot have steeringwheel then ? thought all bose did. My car is a UK car but I have an aftermarket steering wheel
