Not sure the engine cover will fit, but I have been eyeing it up Ended up going for the purple filter, looks a lot better than the green one

Looks fine IMO, there isn't exactly a lot of space inside a Z especially when things like that need to be visible. I still need to find somewhere to put my scangauge & my intercooler temp monitor

Not often I say this, but I agree with Bennett I wanted (want) Tomei ones but I'm happy with my DCs. I only fitted them because I got them for a stupid price

What symetry? No feelings hurt, I took a LOT of abuse when I bought it, more when I fitted it & even now 2.5 years I still get abuse for it I like it though & wouldn't change back to a twin for anything & thats all that matters to me

Then you have the issue of getting it insured. I doubt you would find a company that would insure such a car, and if you did it would probably cost as much as the conversion. Absolute nonsense There are companies who specialise in stuff like that

The vortech is a lot louder than the HKS kit, my exhaust set up is louder than pretty much anything else I can't make Wales this year unfortunatley

I gained power with them but at 8-10 hours labour to fit them you need to make sure you really really want them

I considered an RB30 transplant, T*** were pretty keen to do one on a Z. You could make pretty much anything fit if you throw enough cash at it The 2 I considered though were the RB & 2JZ. I'm not sure about the RB but the 2JZ isn't obdII Canbus compliant so the stock tach won't work

We've been here before Stock setup is the same as what I have, I just have one free flowing pipe & 1 small free flowing back box as opposed to having one big ass box which doesn't flow as well Not to mention the weight saving And the sound, the glorious sound
