It'll be the new tyres. You need to scrub them in with a few doughnuts or just wait for a couple of hundred miles. The ESP will be kicking because of the new level of grip it now has on the rear. It'll settle down pretty quick

I know exactly what you mean. I wanted to lower my zed before I put my 19's on, but then once i had the fronts looked as low as I would want it to be but the back looked considerably higher. See here: I think the back needs lowering slightly, but then sometimes i think the opposite I have a set of Tein S-Techs gathering dust at the moment awaiting my decision

Bedding in will be pad specific surely? My Ferodo pads came with specific instructions And yes copper grease is a must my pads squeeled like buggery untill i added copper grease last week
