You can issue an unpaid item strike to non paying bidders that recoups your fee's if they don't pay. If they get a few within a short period their account will be suspended. They took away the negative feedback for sellers to stop retaliatory feedback. E.g you sell them a @*!# item and leave -ve FB then you do the same to them. People were scared of leaving -ve FB for fear of recieving one back.........I don't agree with it by the way.

People keep pointing out the the more expensive servicing of the M3 but that only really comes into play if you take it to a BM Stealer. I went into the big one on the Stratford road when I was looking for one and the saleman told me that he wouldn't bring his own car there as they were such a rip off. There are lots of reasonable independants about. Also, the M3 doesn't have annual servicing like the zed. Its based on how the car is driven. The computer shows you how many miles you have until the next service. If you thrash it from cold and have lots of short journeys the service comes around quicker. We have done 3k in ours since january but the service indicator has only come down 1.5k to 11.5k so on that basis it won't need servicing for a at least another 12 months.......

I have one, and it may very well be for sale soon The only way to really compare it, is to work out what you really need from your car. if you really need the extra seats and boot space then its a no brainer. The zed was perfect for me when I didn't need the extra seats or boot space, but the M3 is ideal for my needs now. Spec wise, the SMG II is awesome and the extra power is very noticeable imo. The only thing that I'm not keen on is the noise, very tinny (not a real word ) and raspy, not as addictive as the V6.

I sell over 400 items a week on eBay through my various shops. The fee's are ridiculous. The reason why they are doing it is to compete with the high street prices. The main reason people do not buy on eBay is because of certain sellers extortionate p&p fee's that are blatantly designed to be an extra bit of profit to the seller. Ebay have limited postage costs in some sections to counter this. Also eBay do not get a slice of the p&p money so its in their interests to stop this. You used to see people selling stuff for £1 but with £15 p&p to get around ebay fee's. I listed a Diesel belt today and in that section your not allowed to charge ANYTHING for p&p which means you have to put the starting price higher (incurring higher fee's).............. I must pay out over £4k a month in Ebay, Paypal, Auctiva and postage fee's..........

And Stew, if this post is directed at you: I'm sure your opinion would be different

under 5 secs???? No way....................Its still over 1.5 tonnes of RWD wheel spinning..........to get it to 4.7 secs and therefore 1.2 secs faster than a zed would take a lot more torque and bhp (and therefore ££££££) than the 370z has....

The questions put to him were simple questions that any potential buyer would want to know. There is a tight community on here and we don't want to see any of the members getting stung. As a new member he should have anticipated people being wary, but instead he made himself look like a 14 yr child.

It can happen with decatted aftermarket zorsts, especially with it spitting flames..... The guys on the street are the usually typical hater wan kers revelling in seeing someones pride and joy (and probably a lifetimes hardwork) go up in flames. No one is doing anything to help other than get it on video to show their mates. Scum.
