  1. No, your wrong about most things
  2. Ok, R32= Good idea but she hates golfs, thinks only chavs buys them and is sick of going to work and having to visit people who have had their Golfs nicked.................. Type-R= It would only be the new shape, I know they may be gutless and need to be revved to get anything out of it, but to be fair, its going to be my wife and kid tootling around in it so i don't think thats going to be an issue... RS4+ Sub £12k???? ST, Mondeo= Forgot to say I'd never buy a ford Leon Cupra= Great shout and 5 door too, but I'd want a yellow one and the Mrs isn't keen X5= I'd go with one of these but she seems to be on some sort of ECO drive, wanting a car with high mpg, low service costs etc
  3. Getting the kid in the back is no problem, as the M3 and our A3 are 3 door it is with the way the seat resets in the type R Ah ok, i'll keep an eye out for that then as I've never even sat in a Type-R

  5. Right, the Mrs has finally had enough of the A3 and wants a new car So basically I'm after a new car for her and the sprog, criteria as follows: £12k budget Must have rear seats Mustn't be an estate Thats it We've had an E46 M3 before so no point suggesting one of them, she has her heart set on a Civic Type-R but I'm unconvinced but I'm open to suggestions!
  6. For less than £14K? Nice try Liam. It's going up for 17k Well when it doesn't sell at £17k, hit my PM button

    New shoes....

Okaaaaaaay. Much prefered the old ones if I'm honest
  9. You do realise that choice one is not a MY06 car?

    New shoes....

Is there red overspray on the rims??????
  11. Very true, Liam, the quality is superb and the fitment each and every time has always been spot on… You never hear anything about dodgy fitting Nismo's, DC's, Militek's, RSR's etc. You pay your money and makes your choice......
  12. Where does it say this, as as far as I can see it only you who interprets it this way........ Most of you will know that I have my own plate that I blatantly mis-space and don't care and gladly pay the £30 fines, just pointing out where I think Stew is getting it wrong.......
  13. People seem to have forgotten about this exhaust, was very popular in the early days.........
  14. I think your wrong mate. It may be 13mm, but 13mm to what? The border? The edge of the plate? I think your confusing what the minimum spacing around the letters should be with what the actual dimensions of the whole plate should be........it may be a minimum of 13mm around the top, bottom, left and right of your letters but that doesn't then equate to the size of the plate you can use................
  15. PS: It would only be for a short time as Carmela will be able to ride shotgun in the zed in no time
  16. I'd rather lick white dog sh!t than let her drive it You obviously love the zed more than the Mrs then so....................................get rid of the Mrs
  17. No what? You'd rather sell you zed for a shitbox ford than let her drive it?
  18. I don't get it. If the problem arise when the Mrs goes out in the Smax, leaving you with the baby and a zed that you can't take her out in, why not let the Mrs go out in the zed, leaving you the Smax to take Carmela out in? I know nobody wants their Mrs out in their car, but when it comes to selling your pride and joy...................
  19. +1 Stew, I've always thought your plate was illegal to be honest, and thats based on the size the plate, not the spacing etc.
