  1. Welcome to the site. Ignore the dealer. TBH, they just can't afford one themselves...... Rays wheels are about £700 each from a dealer, but you can pick up full sets on eBay in good condition from £300 up. As for tyres, the standard ones aren't the best, and you can get a full set for £500 upwards. It is not an expensive car to run given the performance. Use the search facility for things like service costs etc. In summary, it is no different to having a Nissan 4x4. Any questions you can't find answers to, fire away!
  2. I agree, I think the pictures have been doctored and it's hard to get a true appreciation of how good it really is. A lot of the wow factor is the red jumping off the page. Dodo juice is .
  3. 3 months will fly by, and now isn't going to be the best time of year to be learning how to drive a 300bhp RWD car!! My mate wrote off his S2000 this morning as a case in point. Take some time to find one you want, and come the spring you'll have a nice new toy!
  4. And I just found it!! I just think it looks subtle but so well finished.
  5. I've just been searching and I have a complete mental blank as to who it was on here that did it, but the Azure TT that was done is one of my favourites. There was a thread on here with the pics but can't find it... EDIT: Think it was Baptist's - will look again!
  6. Can't see / hear it as the site needs you to download Flash... Looking good Sarnie.
  7. STALKER! You've never seen me when I've been following you Stevie.
  8. Blurring the lines of personal tax, and tax for businesses bud.
  9. I only live a few miles from NISMO350z and clearly there's another couple in the area that I would have thought would come on here. I spotted a black one on the A329 yesterday, but since the guy actively looked the other way each time I pulled up alongside, I gave up.
  10. At singing? holding a microphone? Closing her eyes, opening her mouth, sticking her tongue out............ Stop it now!
  11. And I've still never been spotted!!
  12. Space wise, it depends how far you want to go. There is plenty of space for racking amps behind the seat. There is also the rear speaker 'bar' which also has a couple of cubbies in it. You could remove it, make a replica up using it as a mould, and put whatever you like into it. The cubbies are also big enough to fit 6 disc changers in.
  13. Maybe, but I'm yet to see a full set of circumstances were it was a better propositon. Most benefits of leasing usually are, no capital outlay, sometimes maintainence is thrown in, and you get a new car at the end of the agreement, no car to sell at the end etc. Its still dead money imo, and I'm sure there are better propositions out there especially from a business point of view....... Especially from a business point of view you do lease. Accounting and tax treatments are very different...... I could bore you all about capital allowances, offsetting profits and all sorts!!
  14. It is possible the amp has an 'order' that it takes the signals and it may be that the HDMI is the one it will always use if it detects something. What do the wiring diagrams look like in the destructions?
  15. I think one of the wheel manufacturers (possibly Momo) have an airbag wheel that you can have trimmed in a range of colours / materials. A decent tradesman who can stitch leather well should be able to do a steering wheel without too much trouble. Go for it!
  16. I'm 6'1" and it was fine for me.
  17. I think you may well be right, but I'm having 6" components put up front in mine as you get a better range of speakers in that size.
  18. Fair enough...... This is cooler though! http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/251913.htm
