I took my Ex Girlfriend back in 2003 & we had a great time. If you can try to book into a Hotel called Thirty-Thirty. It's about 3/4 blocks from the Empire State Building & you can see it as soon as you come out the Hotel Entrance I recommend it to anyone. Deffinitley somewhere you have to see at least once in your life. Dont know if I'll go back now I've discovered how wonderful Washington DC is to visit but I might pitch the idea to the current Girlfriend after our trip to Florida to in April. Neil

That civics well nice isnt it. The owners took good care of it and put some choice mods on too. tempted.. It's amazing never wanted a Civic so much in all my life Cant believe the care & attention that one's had. I'd be scared to take it out of the garage on anything less than perfect dry days See who can get the money together first then is it

£6k??? Seat Leon I have a Cupra which fantastic in all honesty. 1.8 20V Turbo 180BHP 173lb Ft Torque Based on the Mk4 Golf Chasis, is practical & fast Could even look at the FR TDI's 150BHP Diesel?? Both would be possible I think within your budget. Honestly though if it were my cash...DC2 or EK9 Civic Neil

DC5 is the model number. Basically it was preceeded by the DC2 & DC1 Kinda like the 3 Series went E21, E30, E36, E46 etc. If that makes sense??? Sinbad, Some VERY nice DC2's on the forum sales for about £5k including one in Kent that I'm seriously tempted by...should leave you enough pennies over to fluff about with after selling your one Neil

See what you meant about the Torque on the EK9...118lb ft isnt much at all really after being used to the 173lb ft in the Leon But then if I'm gonna use it as a plaything it probably wouldnt matter that much Not even sure the DC2 would be upto what your used to at only 132lb ft but still it is more than the EK9 Would love a passanger ride at some point...probably help me decide between the EK9 & the DC2 lol Hope you enjoy the trip too Sarnie Neil

thats a seriously nice figure to be making in the Type R. Bet it sounds lovely as well when the V-Tec kicks in??? Infact I think I have a picture that probably shows you driving it... Will try to get to a meet sometime would be cool to get a trip in the Type-R not to mention see some of the seriously mental Zed's on here Doubt though I'll make it for the Track day bit of a trek for me really when I wont be tracking the Leon...too much work to do on it before I could even dream of putting it on track Yeah I deffinitley think the spoiler is a bit OTT think the standard one does look better but still I wouldnt turn it down if cam on the car for the right price Hopefully will get a trip out in it soon just to see if they are as good as I think they are Those DC2's are looking mighty tempting right now on WCR as well...seriously need to budget a bit I think & you never know I may well see you on the track lol Neil

Oooh you'll have to let me know what the seats & interior are like on those Civics...pictures make em look like the bolsters have gone as usual. Could be tempted to keep the Leon & buy one of them as well as a weekend/track plaything instead of having a zed Neil Will do I'll proabbaly have a nosey at all there stock to be honest.
