If you do go, the Franklin Feel the Sound is quite good, it is at the Vatican end of the city and each room is a bit chic and has Bang and Olufsen CD players. Quite reasonably priced too, and there is the best restaurant I have eaten at for the money two roads away. Owned by an ex Italian rugby player you eat outside and 5 courses, wine, desert wine and all sorts only cost us about 85euros.

NOS is nitrous oxide (laughing gas). EDIT - see what you mean, as in Nitro fuel! The Nos Wizard gurantees your engine, that's how confident he is of it. As I said in my first post, I would if I had more cash to not have to worry if it went bang. Ultimately though, I didn't do it.

.......hence my comment on insurance issues. It is not illegal to use it. Depending whether you are insured appropriately, it is illegal to carry it. Or at least that was the state of affairs when I was looking into it.....

I did a lot of research with the Wizard of Nos - sounds cheesy but they were the people that did the Jag that featured on Top Gear...... If I didn't have to worry about the prospect of potentially blowing it up and the insurance issues, I would definitely do it. ie if money were no object!

It may sound daft, but turning down the brightness of the dash lights at night can help your night vision, your eyes become more accustomed to the dark.......

I use a roll of cling film, AG Engine and Machine Cleaner, an alloy wheel brush and hose with sprinkler attachment and AG Vinyl and Rubber Care. I just look for anything with a wire near it and wrap dry cling film around it, then cover the engine bay with the AG Cleaner. Then use the alloy wheel brush to agitate it and rinse with the hose very lightly and use an old cloth to wipe everything over. This helps cut down on the amount of water needed and you can be a bit more accurate with the clean. Start the engine and make sure that nothing is failing, the belts will squeak and let the engine warm to remove moisture, don't put it away wet! Then use the AG Vinyl and Rubber care with a liberal spray and wipe with a cloth. You can have either a matt or slightly shiny finish depending how you treat it. Before After

Mine gets left up to a week at a time without use and never had any issues at all. It may have been drained from any lights on in the car over that time, dealer may have left interior light on or something. Once charged see how it goes.

To a point. If there is more air coming in, to keep the fuel:air ratio the same, more fuel should go in, result being bigger bang........ Which is why a plenum spacer / larger plenum should theoretically give a bit more oomph.

+1 I dont judge people by there cars, i mean Sarnie Drives a Lambo but he's still an arse! Me and my mate went into Porsche, having turned up in his mud covered focus i would have thought we'd get the cold shoulder but i was wrong. They were very welcoming offering us drinks and chatting to us about the cars and servicing. Both the receptionist and salesman were very polite and genuinely enthusiastic about their cars. They even let us have a look around the Porsche GT they had in the window. If i had the money id be quite happy to pop along and get myself a 911 GT3 RS Porsche did exactly the same to me, and of all dealerships I have been into, they are by far the best. Arranged test drives, offered drinks and snacks, printed finance details off and with no pressure at all.

Completely agree with you Steve But it is the majority of BM 'drivers' that make it appear that all of them are the same. Club sites are likely to be decent people and drivers, but even they must see the image be ruined by the arrogant rep.
