Hi all, hope everyone got back safely, especially Paul T and his monster 7 hour drive home...... Winners of the various prizes as follows........ Best Engine Bay - Paul's kitted Azure (Stillen Engine Damper) Best Modified - Paul T (Custom green hose kit) Show n Shine - Shire (NISMO carbon fibre gear knob) Big thanks goes to Big Phil for the prizes - great support and help as ever. My summary - Chesterfield - great guy, nice hood Martinmac - great help, thank you Shire - my phone's battery lasted home, I charged it three times on Saturday! Top bloke, had a laugh! Paul T - thanks for driving 7 hours to show the car - it really is stunning. Everyone else that attended, really nice to meet you, and great to see the cars. For the record, that NISMO import really does have to be seen in the flesh. The pictures just don't do it justice. Thanks for bringing it up. I will let the dust settle and the Wales Run pass and then I will start thinking of something for over the summer. Hopefully fairly central so as many as possible can attend. Hopefully those that came this weekend can vouch for it being more than just showing a car - I had a great time talking and having a laugh with everyone that came.

Cheers bud. But I am spending far too much time sitting in the car grinning at the noise it is making!! Although I am in relatively good shape. The lad next door to me has a Sierra that he turbo'd himself. He's a trainee mechanic and really nice lad. Yesterday he cut a rusty wheel arch off the car and 'had a go' at welding the new one on, filling, sanding, painting etc. AND he refurbed his own alloys! And to be fair, he has done a pretty good job all things considered! And he's leaving for Donny at 12.30 today in a convoy......

I have the tickets! Although I think they've charged me for two too many. If any of you have tried to call me today, apologies I have been collecting my car......! It is filthy, so advance warning guys!

All, Have spoken to the organisers today. I have had the tickets posted to me, I hope to get them today. Update on timings. The gates open at 6.30 am each day, and all vehicles need to be in the show by 8.30 am. This gives a bit of time to organise stands before the gates open. Please make sure you allow enough time to get in on time. I will be heading up tomorrow. Gates open at midday for set-up if needs be. I don't know what time I will get up there, but I will try and find out where the pitch is and post up here (if I can find a PC). I will get there early on the Saturday. I have PM'd you all my number, please call when getting near so I can arrange meeting you to give you your tickets. Let me know if you don't have my number. See you all over the weekend.
