Buy yourself a speaker kit of Dynamat from Halfords or an ICE dealer. Take it to the dealer and ask them to take the sub out, stick a sheet of it in the enclosure, and use the other bit to cut up and stick on the back of the panel. Not vibrations and 10 times better sound. Or do it yourself. Almost all cars with 'subs' in them rattle. No car is built to take 40Hz bass frequency at high volume, not rattle and make money.

It should take no more than a couple of hours to sort out. The wheels get ordered from a wheel refurbisher in the UK. The wheels get done by this firm who then send the set to the dealer to swap the tyres over and give you your car back. Two points - get signed confirmation from the dealer that they have received the pictures - it can save weeks of pain. Secondly, get to the dealers with something to protect the wheels before they go on the car. It will help prevent premature corroding again....
