  1. Max Power asked Paul to put his car on their stand for the Sunday of Donny. Well done mate, the car is stunning.
  2. As a lot of you may know, I love my sounds, and after changing from my last sound off competition car I needed the sounds! My last install developed over time to be one big show piece, used hideous amounts of alcantara and didn't leave me too much of a practical car! This time, I wanted something that sounded amazing, and still allowed me to use the car for cross continent jaunts. But me being difficult, I also still wanted my JL W7 sub and whatever power is needed to run the system. So the equipment list:- Alpine CDA-9887R - http://www.alpine-electronics.co.uk/ind ... =cda-9887r Alpine 6 disc multichanger - http://www.alpine-electronics.co.uk/ind ... dvdchanger JL Audio C5 6.5" component speakers - http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_comp ... age_id=233 JL Audio 10W7 - http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_subs ... ?page_id=3 JL Audio 300/2 amplifier for front speakers - http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_amps.php?amp_id=436 JL Audio 500/1 amplifier for the sub - http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_amps.php?amp_id=439 Caliber competition 2 channel amp to run the rear fill speakers Alpine iPod control unit Alpine Bluetooth control unit Steering wheel control unit American Industries fascia adaptor Several packs of Dynamat Xtreme JL Audio power supply - http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_conn ... p?cat_id=3 JL Audio interconnects - http://mobile.jlaudio.com/products_conn ... p?cat_id=1 And lots of fibreglass! Initially the centre bar with the rear speakers in it was going to be attacked but with the size of the sub and volume of box it needed, this wasn't going to happen. So then it needed some clever thinking from The Sound Gallery to work out how to install it all and still have some boot use...... So first steps, rip everything out of the car..... (all pics will follow!)
  3. This one you mean You say that, the one on the right was rubbish! Great pics guys, I will have to spend some time downloading them to my PC. Mark / Chris, sorry to be cheeky, are all pics of my car uploaded so I can steal them? As for the joint meet status - I am pleased to say as far as the weekend was concerned it was just one meet of Zed owners. Was great to meet all people, and I hope we can all get together again later in the year, with better weather.
  4. Specialised Paintwork are at J12 of the M4 and I can recommend. Not cheap, but very good.
  5. Have you not got a Photobucket account.....?
  6. I don't think you will get it out that easily unfortunately. Sounds like a few hours need to be set aside at the weekend....
  7. Easiest way is to upload them to Photobucket and then copy and paste the 'img' link into your post on here. Photobucket is a free photo storage site.
  8. At the moment I'm looking at the Chargespeed & Top Secret rear diffusers I like!
  9. Is that the one on the brow of the hill just before the pub? I agree that is one place you dont want to be hooning along. They also sign that it is there so I give them dues for that one, its actually worth it That's the one. As you go over the brow there is traffic turning across you. If it wasn't for the warning and the camera, there would be big accidents.....
  10. I kept slowing down so you could get alongside, shows how much I know about photography! Get them up, and Chris you too.

    only the Japs

Kit is by Premier which is the luxury arm of Veilside, can price it if you really want to know. There's a luxury arm of Veilside!? No thanks, I bet the engine bay looks pony!
  12. Risk of getting flamed.... Considering the salaries they get paid and the claims are all within allowed guidelines, I'm not too fussed. If it were us we'd do the same.....
  13. They are dead easy to do! If you haven't had them done yet, I can do them for a fee!
  14. +1 One example of where some sense has been used, the A43 northbound between the M40 and M1 has a Truvelo that must save plenty of accidents. But then these mobile units stuck on 50mph dual carriageways really get me
  15. Looks Need to get that down to a show later in the year!

    It's Ordered!

Liking the sound of the kit. Why did you go non-GT?
  18. Rear diffuser and mesh could work?
  19. That door does need some flattening - has it had any paint work?? Looks like a good swirl free finish, looks really good. My routine for washing is similar, except no polishing unless I strip the wax back down to the sealant.
  20. never miss a trick Dave tim's off to TK MAXX in chester the day before to see what he can rustle up Nah... Saville Row on the 28th April Brighton Pier surely??
