Therefore for meeting purposes, be there between 9am - 10am or be left behind! ROUTE: 1) Follow M56 to end, then hang a left onto the A494 towards Mold (via A5117). 2) Follow A494 past Mold towards Ruthin. 3) At Ruthin stay on A494 towards Bala. 4) A494 comes to end at Corwen, turn right onto A5 then left at next lights onto A494 to Bala. 5) At Bala, pull into the car park next to the lake and endulge in some banter about the ride in and then have a nice walk up to the pub. 6) Go for lovely lunch at the pub! 7) Leave Bala and take the A4212/B4391 over the tops to Betws-y-coed via Ffestiniog. 8) Take A5 back out of Betws-y-coed then take the B4501 towards Denbigh (this is Denbigh Moor road and is brilliant! Grin ) 9) At Denbigh, then follow signs for Ruthin on A525. 10) Make way back up the A494 towards M56. 11) Stop for a last farewall brew etc at the services 12) Cruise home via motorways.....

Whats the point in a dyno day? Won't everyones results be virtually identical? you'd think so...... not so from previous experience So where is the enjoyment factor? +25 is recommended by Axis. Also I would warn against buying Hiros second hand - they could easily be cheap copies sold by Dare in the UK (they left the Axis script on the spoke until recently). Also, Axis had some cracking problems in the States which apparently was down to a bad batch (see US forums). Taking them at their word, how would you know the secondhand ones didn't come from that batch?

Clarkson's comments seem to be capable of several different interpretations (apparently) but what is clear is that he should have been aware that they could be interpreted as offensive thus making his decision to use the phrase crass and insensitive. As for the OC thread, I couldn't see that Sarnie was out of order but despite some particularly inflammatory comments Gaz seemed to receive no censure from the mods.

That's rubbish! How can they ruin one of the most beautiful cars made in the last 30 years by screwing it together with their eyes shut. The magazine reviews seem to suggest TVR build quality but that's not a TVR price....
