Having seen it at MPH this year I'm loving the new Shelby Mustang. I even e-mailed some guy with a grey one with silver stripes but just too much for me at the moment.

Check out the last North Wales drive out photos. I think Max has got the wheels you were looking at on his silver Roadster. I'm not really into wheels with that many spoke myself but I though his looked pretty good.

PIAA Silicon best you can get £55 for a full set including rear. Yeah those ones. Why are they so good? Just because of the material, they outlast anything else, not prone to degradation as with rubber, and when first used apply a coating to the sreen bit like rain-x so most of the time on motorways don't need the wipers on. All the Rally teams have used them for years, actually work out cheaper in the long run. Think i'll be getting a set of these Always keep them in stock if you need them. Wish I'd known that a few weeks back, Phil. Bought a full set for slightly more but, ironically, the weather's been so sh!t that I haven't put them on yet! Full report one fitted!

In order to be able to compare fully I'd say so. It doesn't have semi-slicks fitted, that's the Exige and very few Elise owners run anything other than your Toyo / Yokohama tyres. You'd have to learn how to drive an Elise as the MR set-up is completely different to your FR Zed. Apologies for going off topic. Hello all... its the first post for me here! I recently spent a day up at Bedford Autodrome hooning their 350's around... now I really want one I've got an Elise at the moment, and they're a tad snappy on the limit but the tyres make a huge difference. I'm not sure about on the Z but Toyo's in my experiance have loads of grip but when it reaches the limit they snap out without much warning. Yoko's and BFG's seem much more progressive, slightly less grippy perhaps but give you much more warning before they go. Plus on the elise at least they make it much easier to control any slides. Yeah I seen that one mate. What a collection!! Who was the guy again? Didn't he own an aircraft spares business? Yeah, that was him. A bit of a geek IIRC. The people who make "f@ck off money" always seem to have got into something fairly mundane and made a fortune out of it. Wow! That's one serious motor! IMHO orange only works for OTT supercars like the 'Segg, Lambos etc. I cringe at the idea of someone doing it to a Zed. Did anyone see that programme (I think it was Fifth Gear) where the guy actually had two 'Seggs amongst an extensive collection of exotic cars?
