Was gonna buy an alpine head unit but thi is far better and can chennel through my bose speakers and 15" sub. So much better Are you fitting this yourself or is someone doing it for you?

Not a big fan of Pugeots from a safety point of view, they are ok until you hit something like an hedgehog in the road, which normally results in the car been written off or the suspension geometry severely altered. But from a styling point of view they are ok. What about the new Tigra Digsy? For a girlie folding hard top point of view I think the Tigra is the better looking car and rather more individual (the Pugs have sold like hot cakes over the last few years) but she's always been very lukewarm about the Vauxhall. Personally, I would rather she went for an MX5.

I'm going to take this OT again. Funnily enough while you guys were unburdening yourselves about what you used to drive yesterday, I was in the car with the missus discussing her next motor. She's very picky with cars (styling wise only) and I finally got her to tell which cars she liked and after we'd got through the silliness (Jag XK8, Merc CLK/SLK et al) she finally said she quite fancied a black Pug 206 CC. Weird eh! Now, bearing in mind that she drives a Micra 1.2 at the moment, this didn't sound too bad an idea to me. Cutting to the chase, should she or shouldn't she?

Arnold Clark, Liverpool - never been a great fan but 3 weeks ago they tried to charge me for the 27k miles P1 when I'd bought a 2 year servicing package from them with the car. They were arguing that it only allowed for 2 services max but there was nothing in my literature to say that. Argued the toss with them and they backed down. I don't like people trying to rip me off (especially as I'm running 2 Nissans bought from them and have always had them do the servicing) so it'll be the last time they see any of my money.

Sizes are 275/35/19 & 235/35/19. Lowering is an issue for me, some of the so called roads the car has to travel on are pityful and would ground if I lowered it...something I've always had to live with, with all my cars. Anyone know if the Nismo exhaust pipe (just before it reaches the back box) sits more tucked up than the std exhaust??? Splashguards, fitted with a helping hand from my dad, especially the rears. Really need someone to hold the guard and one to drill...either that or double sided tape. Wheels off i'm afraid for the rears, fronts you can stick it in full lock...although my wheels were off anyway. I think the NISMO sits lightly lower. Mine was grounding on my drive before I had my new rims and tyres - it wasn't doing that with the OEMs. I hate it when practicality gets in the way of style!

How much for Variant 3, Phil? If I wasn't going to track the car would I not be better with one of the cheaper versions, 2 or even 1?

Don't worry about it mate. Honestly, I think I need to use my money elsewhere. I've got a £70 limit on it and if you want to oitbid me that's fine. I just didn't want the two of us bidding the price up so that the only winner was the seller. It's all good!
