Digsy

Different people call them different things, this is what I've bought: http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/194316.htm added to http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/194313.htm I'll see how long you last with both on! That chap from EVO with the Murcie had a neighbour report him to environmental health IIRC for the noise from his Tubi.....

Wheels are looking sweet, Sarnie. I didn't realise you were getting test pipes. I'm expecting to hear you in Liverpool when you first fire it up!

Can we have a close up of that stereo Adam? Looks very retro but matches the wheel and seats!

Nicely done, Adam. Was this done primarily for the challenge or do you not like FI?

No , not in my experience And that is why my OEM is staying put. I need the radio! My reception is great with the stubby I found no difference at all from the OEM +1 Depends where you are though.... +2

I can't keep up! I think im starting to lose touch with reality as well - just imagine how I was buying the car in the first place! Cool signature by the way digsy - 'custom key applied go-fsst stripe' You've gotta laugh or you'd cry....

I can't keep up!

Not really my thing, mate. Sorry.

Hmmmm. I'm just not sure about car-branded clothing.

You snooze, you lose, kidda!!!

Welcome aboard, Dave! Where abouts are you based?

Nah its hideous Too sophisticated for you, Tangoman..... Who needs sophistication at 27 yrs old? The average age of the people who like it is probably about 46 I doubt you'll understand sophistication at 97, mate. You'll probably still be driving something in orange, yellow or bile green.........

The owner isn't a member but i have passed your forums details on to her..... Harrogate is full of 350z, so its a car i am use to preparing. Dave Weird! I stayed there in February and didn't see a single one.

Welcome mate! I think your about our third African correspondent. Note that all of us saying "don't do it" are from Northern England and Scotland. Are you ready for the cold? Unless you've heavily modded your Zed wouldn't it make more sense to sell yours and buy another when you get here?

Nah its hideous Too sophisticated for you, Tangoman.....

Saw it at Geneva and its gorgeous....

...but slimmer. Nice Airbags though! (well it is a car forum after all!) Careful or we'll have to put the bromide in your tea again......

Good luck with this, Ming. Just visualise your most hated villain at the finish line, incapacitated and with a baseball bat lying on the floor beside him....

I think the car specific plates are OK if yoy can pick them up cheap like Mark did and then sell them on. All the ZED ones seem to be a minimum of £799 and I wouldn't spend that much on one. I have no idea how they come to their prices but check this out.... http://dvla-som.co.uk/home/en/Search/p/ ... &x=78&y=12 £1999

Yes....!! Hey Val, Digsy et al. Nice to see you're all still around. Been meaning to come back on for ages but just been so busy with one thing and another that I always forget. Wouldn't mind coming along to a meet sometime if you'll have me, would be good to catch up, and to be honest I do miss the Z. The Aston went last week and the Gallardo (fingers crossed) should be being delivered this Friday!!! Can't wait. Got rid of the Aston cos we had a littl'un 3 months ago and the Missus wanted me to get something a bit more practical. I told her i'd bought the Gallardo and she said 'how's that more practical' so I told her it had four wheel drive..... Love that logic, mate!

After seeing Rob's at the weekend I did this search just out of interest... http://dvla-som.co.uk/home/en/Search/p/ ... &x=76&y=16 Tickles me that the 51 plate is the dearest!

Hi Joe, how's tricks? Pretty good by the looks of your latest ride. Can we have some pics of the Lambo?

And is it me or does the wife in it have a little bit of "nigella" look to her? I would. That's not actually the biggest compliment that could be paid to a woman now, is it?
