  1. Haven't used them but they have a good reputation. The reason I asked about the widebody is that you need a very specific size of wheel and offsets to fill the arches. If you go that way sign up on www.my350z.com and ask the question there - there must be a few of the Americans who have done this.
  2. Looks sh1te on an Evo, looks sh1te on a Zed.
  3. Are you going for the kit like Andy's or the widebody (what Zedrush had BTW)? Oh, and welcome!
  4. Well, first thing would be to get it done at the same place for both runs +1 hence why I went back to the same place as before. Confirmed none of their equipment had changed and they loaded up my results from last year to compare temps, conditions etc etc and they were pretty much exactly the same so could confidently discount any major environmental factors effecting the results which is why I am confident I got a sound reading to compare to last years. Good thread, Andy. These things can never be a precise science but it looks like you've done as much as you possibly could to give a relevant comparison.
  5. Shire, it won't fit an 04.
  6. Looking sweet. Very much like my own in fact.
  7. Nicely! Just need to arrange a Merseyside mini-meet now.
  8. How come we post at the same time and you get priority!!!
  9. Westway seem very expensive for the North West area.
  10. Or JDM Performance, another of our traders.
  11. Saw them last night and it got me thinking.... No money at the moment though. I see David Baker is bidding on them. I would bid on them , but they are a bit too far South for me to collect economically How many seats do you need, Tim?

The latest Stones do quite well (for RWD at least) and the performance of the Pirellis is pretty shocking all round. Would have been interesting to have had a few more makes tested.

    Wheel Spacers

I thought it was high offsets which caused problems with the Brembos not low or -ve offsets which you obviously need. What are the offsets as they stand? Have you found anyone with the same kit on the American forums and asked them what they have done?

    Wheel Spacers

Erm I did, They actually come out past the arches by 5mm. but doesnt help when the new arches are alot wider than usual Sorry, mate, I don't understand. The wheels when fitted come out past the arches or sit inside the arches by 5mm? Spacers will only push them out further AFAIK. Lol, I need them to sit out further, by quite a bit lol, I am getting a new bodykit and the wheels will look sunk in OK, I think I've got this! Without the body kit they sit outside the arches by 5mm but with the kit on they sit too far inside. You want hubcentric spacers and I think Eibach do some which should be decent quality. As for downsides, IIRC they can cause undue wear but I can't remember if its driveshafts or hubs. The bigger the spacer the worse it is. Don't know if that will be magnified as your offsets must already be pretty aggressive. HTH
