Just to follow this up I spotted the following thread... http://www.my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=359904 Seems that there have been some accidents where GT4 alloys which have been chromed have also failed. Now thankfully we don't have the same thing for chrome as our Yankee buddys but I am beginning to wonder about the quality of the GT4 rims. If you have GT4s (and they seem to be coming with the new "special edition" 08 cars) I would steer clear of anything which involves a high heat process such as powdercoating and chroming.

Looks a nice job, Paul. I wouldn't change them to look more Audi - it isn't an Audi and the lights are more vertical so the strip should be.

It widens the track and therefore could be argued it will improve the grip. The main advantage though is as you say, it looks better. I only did it for the aesthetics.

Not the best but all I have at the moment... You can see the difference between my rear arch and black Zed in front. I've 25mm on the rear and 15mm on the front but if I would be tempted to go 20mm front as they could be more aggressive. The rears are perfect IMHO.

I had better check Have not seen my zed all weekend, been bed bound and a brief spell at the hospital to contend with all thanks to having a filling done. One side of my face is ballooned out..........look like the elephant man. Good job it was this weekend though, if it had been last i would have had to pull out Nice though James

Just a though Phil, but could you powdercoat the baffles black? Would the paint stay on?

Ings will only fit an 06 onwards, cant be modded. Not sure the rear spoiler will fit a coupe?

I thought that was one of the things that was deinatley staying on the 370Z? They are, you're looking at the photoshops.

Hi and welcome aboard. Nice looking Zed but how did you manage to get the GT4 wheels (standard everywhere else in the world but not here where they were used only on the GT4 special edition in 2005/6) rather than the lightweight forged Rays? GT4s look nicer but Rays are lighter.
