I wouldn't say that Nissan dealers have the monopoly on p1ss poor dealer service.. I have had some atrocious behaviour from Vauxhall dealers , Jaguar dealers and BMW dealers. (the Jaguar dealer standing head and shoulders above the rest for p1ss poor service and downright deception ). Best I have experienced by far is from a Mercedes dealer.. so I wouldn't let one bad experience sour your relationship with your Zed... Sh1t happens as they say

funny you should mention those I bought a set to put on, then decided that the set up from the factory IMO was near enough spot on for road use so never bothered fitting them

Depends what you want to use your car for ?, if it's a 100% track car put the stiffest dampers and springs you can on lower the ride a stick some stiff anti roll bars on... But if you use it on the road in this form you'll have no fillings in your teeth left and possibly no kidneys worth talking about
