I work in Norway, and talking with the guys here the tax they pay out we would freak. Fuel is the same as here. Tax on new cars is 40% a basic citroen picasso is £31,000 to buy. Wiskey is £40 bottle. 4 pack cans of beer from suppermarket is £12 Food is double uk prices. Pay is about the same as uk and tax rates the same. They sell the gas to the uk to burn and turn into electricity, then buy it back due to the fact that they dont want the smoke in there environment.

I’m afraid that when people like Pathfinder reach their pinnacle of success in life of becoming a moderator or committee member of any organization like the OC and all the responsibility associated with it (how to invest members £35 for the benefit of all!!! and not just the privileged) They tend to create a godly feel, and with the lack of a structured system created in the committee room (or someone kitchen table) start to act as judge and jury. I think any comment that could be construed as derogatory or racist, written in any form is a very dangerous thing to do, as if reported to the authorities could result in a serious situation for the writer. So that said, if anyone from the OC has issue with the existence of a free community for all 350Z owners please don’t aim it at individuals and their cronies (I take that I am one of those) Please feel free to air their frustration over here, without censorship before you end up at The Priory Clinic along with others who I could mention with similar problems. And just in case you are confused Pathfinder, Silverstone is not in East Angular Hope to see you there.

I thought I was doing well with Churchill at £488 for my import, but my renewal came through with a modest increase to £501. So I tried Admiral who are advertising muli-car quotes http://www.admiral.com/?media=adwo5 My Audi A4 was £335 So a total of £836 for two cars with two named drivers From Churchill. And £697 for both with both policies protected from Admiral. We have a third car in 5 months and that will be added. That a saving £139 I went back to Churchill who said they don’t offer multi-car (yet) but could not match my quote. The quote was like for like as I used the renewal letters.

That's the point, the moderators may think they are doing these things in the best interest of the OC, but from PM's and comments I've read in threads we all know this is not the case. BTW the Thread on Deleted Posts put up by Teatowel, (No 8 in my summary), has now been re-instated. Clearly some of the moderators over there think it was wrong to delete this thread. Or they have re-instated it because they are reading this thread (as viewed 680 time, by the 350z community) and realise that we offer the freedom to discuss and they charge £30 to the same community for very little in return and people are wising up to them. I paid for it, I own it, I was treated the same way in December as yourself, and if the powers that be at the oc had spent as much effort on retaining the name as they did on ridiculing me and then banning me then they could have owned it. I only purchased it to post my issues with the OC in the Z community as at the time there was no other UK alterative but this site changed that. I have offered to direct it to any 350Z site on the net but chose to direct it here as there were no offers

is your trip computer set to low (speed limiter) I had the same when i first drove mine but i just increased the limit.

I did the same and DVLA sent it within 24 hrs But you have paid for the car, you own it. show the dealer your insurance based on old registration. he should release YOUR car. THe tax issue, you could be pulled by the police but can show (within 7 days) that you have paid (i would drive it and not worry)

I park mine across the drive (double drive) so if they want it they need to do a 6 point turn passed the next doors car that block it.

Sorry to here that, but the good news is you get your £35 back (I could not go but got a text saying my money would be refunded)

thats my point i drive a diesel Audi as my main car to save about £120 per month over the zed. i have only covered 1500 miles in 14 months in the Zed. I could use the Zed but every time i leave the house i see £££ For me the payback would be 15 months and sell the Audi.

A friend of mine has it on his Toyota and driving it i could not feel the difference. If they could prove that the Zed felt the same to drive i would convert and use the car more. (Heathrow and back for me is £60 and half that in the Audi so the Zed stays on the drive )

All that was said was the factory fitted alarm was easy to get round (on most cars) and the imobiliser that was in the key was no issue due to what he did inside the car (it was so simple) He recomended that you fit a better alarm/imobiliser ( i took that as cats 1 !!!!!! ) The car was a Merc sports i think.
