Another little update, Thought I would make a start on cleaning up the Cylinders . . . And whilst doing this I was pondering on fixing the glass etc . . . . more pondering required I think. and then this happened . . . it just snapped off your honour, Weirdly it also happened to the other three So I cleaned up all the rough edges Looks like I have solved the "what to use for castors conundrum". I will start cleaning them up properly tomorrow, they should end up nice a shiney when I have finished . . just waiting for a special care package to arrive I have some ideas on how to support the glass, but still going to think on it for a while Thats all for now

Doubtful that the manifolds are not standard, so you should be able to just get New cats, and y-pipe and exhaust😄

Here you go . . . De-Cats . . Standard Cats

Test Pipes/De-cats are the same thing. Just a tube essentially from the headers to the Y-Pipe. No baffles in them at all, they will not pass an MOT. So look to at least get new CATs and a Y-pipe.

If you want OEM Cats then PM Zmanalex . . you never know he might have a used Y-Pipe/Cat Back as well if you don't want new.

Ha, also they look like test pipes . . so another reason why its loud. Some OEM Cats or Berks will reduce/make a better sound. If they are test pipes, you probably won't make it though an MOT!!

Yeah I would try a new y-pipe first, that looks like a Jap Speed rear as well (maybe) which are not renowned as being good quality. If you might get a deal form one of the traders for a complete system inc y-pipe . . depends if your funds can stretch to it.

I have decided I hate you . . the more I look at these pics, the more I think you have the best Zed colour/interior combo with the best wheels and the best most complementary engine bay. . . . like I say, i hate you for having the Zed that is exactly to my taste All I ask is don't put some hideous BGW on it

Get some pics up of the current one (inc y-pipe) and it will be identified . . and from that point suggestions on what to get wold be easier. I am pretty sure that Cobra, Miltek and the like are fine for track and a much better less anti-social soundtrack
