Hi All Just a quick post asking for some advice. I have some small areas of rust on the inside most edge of the welded seam (the part that would get rolled). The outside of the arch is showing no signs of bubbling and all metal feels solid. I am currently planning on purchasing some Blitz Hammer Deox gel & zinc primer. Remove all loose material & original paint, sand back the rusted area and use the Deox gel, prime and then paint with something I've not thought of yet. Has anyone else done something similar? I'm hoping this will help delay the inevitable by atleast a few years as I have caught it early on. I'll take some pictures of I remember tomorrow to give you all a better idea of what I'm up against. Thanks Sam

Saw a Sunset 350z heading southbound on the M5 just north of Western. If your on here I'd like to compliment you on your exhaust note. A nice low pitch rumble. I was in a very inconspicuous astra at the time instead on my own identical Zed!

Hi chap, I looked into this on my old car, and keeping up with the thread linked below has made me want to do it on the Zed! If you scroll down on the first page cs2000 has used an autoglym restoration kit (£25 from Halfrauds). And the results look fantastic!! Cheers Sam

Very official! Spent a lot of time riding a motorbike on some of these roads. Am looking forwards to trying them in the Zed. Just hope you don't get stuck behind much between fillongley & atherstone! Now just need to shake this lurg and meet you all there!!

Not a Zed specific meet but there is a Classic car show on every Month from now in Systen, could organise for a few of us to turn up. 6'4 here and I don't feel cramped at all. Sliding into the driver's seat isn't too undignified either From a driving point of view the seat goes back much further than I have it set too both distance from the pedals and 'lean'

I was looking for months before I purchased mine a couple of weeks ago. If you wait long enough one will come up with all the bits that you want. De engine, GT pack, Rays, orange, full service history & under 60k miles was my criteria. Would have been interested in a HR lump too but I don't think they sold them in Lemans Sunset! Sorry for jumping into this thread after a couple of months. I've only had my 350z 2 weeks now but would love to have Bluetooth audio on the standard Bose system, (want to keep everything looking original). Do you have any updates on this new kit that you were working on? I need to take my head unit out to sort the left door speaker problems so would love to perhaps add this kit whilst I'm in there. If the snow comes I think the Zed will go into the garage and the Landy will have to make an apearance! I'm not sure about mods yet, I think I'll just enjoy the car as is for a while. They do look better a little lower though... I'm based in near Coalville, but spend a lot of time in Loughborough, have seen a couple of azure blue cars cars on the commute but none regulars!

Hi All, just introducing myself. I joined the forum a couple of weeks ago but only picked up my Zed this past weekend. I thought I'd wait to get a picture up as "pics or didn't happen!" 10 points if you can guess where the photo was taken! So far, 250 miles in I'm very impressed. Fantastic exhaust note especially when at full chat, and it's very comfortable for a tall chap! (6'4") Sam
