  1. Cheers mate. 20mm should be okay but really don't want to go lower than that.
  2. Hi Alex, they're tein s springs, so 17mm front, 15mm rear I think. I got some low mileage top mounts off you to go with the bilstein shocks , so hoping they would fit the kw's?
  3. As mentioned, anyone know what the minimum drop would be on these? Currently still on tein springs with standard shocks. Don't really want to go lower than current drop. Was going to get billstein shocks to go with the teins but struggling to source them. Heard good things about kw but like I say don't want a big drop.
  4. Glad you're okay mate, but I feel your pain.
  5. Wanted them for my 350z, ended up getting DBA T3. Thought they were discontinued? Where did you get them?
  6. Where did you get that mate? And what's the difference between that and what's on the de/revup?
  7. Same.
  8. Very nice mate!
  9. Cheers mate, heard some people saying they didn't notice a difference after uprev, but I've definitely noticed it! The mrev2 plenum has brought the power into the midrange more, as it's only driven on road I'm not bothered about power dropping at 6000rpm.
  10. Yeah, took it for a proper run out today. The difference is night and day. Definitely worth doing. The car was also running massively lean, probably with the hfc's that were fitted in January, so I'm glad I had it done. Car feels more free now through the gears and can feel that extra bit of poke now when I put my foot down. 👍
  11. Just after some feedback to see if these are good results on the dyno this evening? 350z GT4 (revup) Mods- Invidia gemini, cobra hfc's, motordyne mrev2 & 5/16, hks panel filter, running shell 99 ron.
  12. Lockwood and greenwood in Ashton under Lyne know 350's, would recommend for servicing. But over an hour drive for you. If you find a good one for spraying please let me know. 👍
  13. Is that from workshop 12?
  14. Cheers for all your help guys, it's much appreciated. 👍
  15. Okay mate, I'll get saving and see how much I can scrape together. 👍
  16. Cheers for that mate, I know alot of people run them and are happy with them.
  17. Currently sitting 17mm front, 15mm rear.
  18. Basically want something that I feel confident in when driving, currently feel like I'm on marshmallows at the moment, but if the shocks are definitely gone then anything will be better. Don't want a massive drop, had 1k in mind, but if it means a bit more saving to get it right I'd rather fo that than dump a grand on something that feels inadequate on the road.
  19. Happy with current drop from the Teins at the moment though, would I have to go lower with the KW V3's?
  20. Think it was on the US forum? Something about the 350z was always meant to run on shocks and springs and never coilovers and that uprated shocks/springs are a better option unless you're paying for High end custom coilovers. So much information was making my head spin in the end, so thought I'd pose the question on here.
  21. Already have whiteline arbs and droplinks mate.
  22. I'll get budgeting for the kwv3's then if that's the case.
  23. I appreciate that this is a topic that's been done to death, but could really do with some feedback before I splash more cash out. Currently running Tein springs with standard shocks with tarmacsportz rear camber arms which were fitted in January, whiteline arbs and droplinks fitted as well. Alignment was done at the same time. Car now is ridiculous bouncy on motorway and getting knocking from rear, guessing my shocks have gone now. I've researched this a bit now, but can't decide whether to get bilstein b6 shocks to go with the tein springs or go coilovers? I've read some people saying that a decent spring and shocks setup is better than any midrange coilovers on the 350z, but I know people run BC's and are very happy with them. I know Ohlins and kwv3's are quality as well, but thought that might be a bit extreme for just road use. I know all opinions are subjective but would really appreciate some help in which direction to go in, before I make an expensive mistake.
