    As the others have said, go for it. You'd probably earn more or as much as a sparks gofor or on a building site.(but cold this time of year) Study and work in pubs or chippies in the evening. You have done the hardest part,you have asked here.

    DVLA will have printed another tax disc with the new reg as opposed to the private plate. They might have sent it to the previous owner together with the V5 with the new reg on it. They should have passed it back to the dealer to put on the car. Just gone through this myself at the begining of Jan. The dealer sent me a cheque for it and got the money off the new owner for the tax that was left. The one with the private plate on will have been cancelled and so will be worthless. You need to talk to the dealer.

    It's a con and is true. It's your NCB and with a second car it becomes the cars NCB. And if you smash one, you have had an accident so can loose both NCBs. As said it's a con.

    Search for 'penny trick' or have the struts re-gassed. They are the most common answers. EDIT: Think it's SGS Enginering for the struts ?
