There's one for £235, but that is a lot of money for a crap system. I'd just rip it out and install a tablet.

As nice as it'd be to have a working OEM system, I don't think it's gonna be economical. If you're desperate, then you can try contact a dealer or the manufacturer (Xanavi / Clarion?). Probably silly expensive if they even have one though.

Just look for a link (e.g. http://i.imgur.com/xxxx.png) or some form of share icon that lets you copy the link or open it in a browser. Then paste / type it where you reply here.

Need? No. But a heat-gun / hair-dryer can help to get everything nice and toasty, helping adhesion.

Fair 'nuf. Skinflint is usually really good for finding the cheapest options, don't think I've ever found something cheaper elsewhere, though these days Amazon tends to come out on top for most stuff.
