    where do these go

just bought this off ebay but no instructions as to what bolts they replace . any ideas guys
  4. the alloys sit slightly inward of the wheel arches .its not much and you cant really see in the pics but i have seen other 350s with the wheels sat wider and think it looks better .the rears arnt to bad tbf ...its the fronts the bug me Thing it, if you go too flush, you'll have to roll all the arches as they'll catch when the suspension compresses and this can lead to other problems such as corrosion of the wings as wet gunk gets stuck in behind the roll. From that pic you posted I think you'rfine talking a matter of millimetres to make it "perfect", I personally wouldn't bother as it looks great definitely dont want to be messing about having the arches rolled so may have to rethink this then.thanks for the headsup mate ...it may have just saved me a big headache

  6. no worries pal.iv seen quite a few posts since joining featuring the rays but never been keen on them tbf. love my rotas but may change the colour due to white been a pita to keep clean looking
  7. just been out to garage but cant see offset stamped anywhere...where abouts should it be
  8. dont like rays tbh and definitely dont want to go down from 19s .
  9. ill double check tomorrow .i think 9.5 rear and 8.5 front but not sure of offset
  10. hi guys i have a DE and the wheels are rotas ... rear 265/35/19 front 245/35/19 the car hasnt been lowered yet and im wondering if i could run spacers with them and if so what max size would you recommend
  11. thanks for the headsup Adam.also nice clutch kit but slightly out of budget due to all the other bits needed. also needing both side windows now as mine are badly scratched so the list is growing. i may rethink on the hawk pads and go for red stuff depending on there braking ability compared to hawk and oem. iv still yet to order any of the parts and holding off till im sure im getting the right parts needed .
  12. looks like Adrian can supply most parts i need with a difference of hawk pads from the red stuff i posted required. now the hawk are more expensive but ultra low dust like the redstuff ....so is worth the extra money for hawk pads bearing in mind im not tracking the car but simply want low dust due to having white alloys .
  13. lol ...I'm still learning mate .
  14. thanks for heads up ill double check
  15. does any one know if there are any single mass clutch kits for a 2004 DE at reasonable prices . looked on ebay but cheapest i can find is +£800 . was hoping to find something in the £400 bracket as i have brakes and plenum spacer to buy to . also are there any company's on here that could supply all the parts i require . needing ..... 4 piece clutch kit (preferably single mass front and rear RED stuff pads hand brake shoes vented and groved rear disks (black) plenum spacer
  16. okay update. just been to my mates garage who put the car on the code reader . he managed to sort the problem but advised me the code reader said it was a driver seat problem even though i insisted most on the forum say wiring under pasenger seat . he messed about with plug/s under the driver seat and then the code reader thingy managed to reset the warning light
  17. okay ill give it a go ...cheers
  18. okay the dreadded flashing has come back .....any ideas guys ? iv redone the ignition trick 3 times and the best iv been able to do is slow the flashing down

    help needed please

cheers mate your a star .looks like iv positioned spring upside down ...least i can strip it down and get it sorted tomorrow now...thanks again
  23. okay guys iv took the full console apart to hydrodip which has now been done. but when I took the cubby door off the springs and everything shot off and now I cant reassemble so the door stays up. its a 04 DE 350z with the standard stereo removed and replaced with a double din. is there any guides on detailed assembly ?
  24. i also have a full milltek system with decats . its quiet below 4k but as soon as you open the taps it sounds amazing. also no drone what so ever at motor way speeds. i personally would like it if it sounded the same right through out the rev range and not just above 4k as the miltek produces a deep note not dissimilar to more expensive exotic motors
