    Alezan Seats

Looking for a pair of alezan seats in good condition. I've currently got black leather in mine that I'd be happy to offer as part exchange if you wish. Please drop me a pm if you can help
  2. The Tarmac FRP ones fit spot on to be fair.... Just don't got go near any curbs or big speed bumps!
  3. I've got a set of 20's with rubber on if your interested. Located in Farnborough, Hampshire. Drop me a pm if you're interested
  4. Think I got it! I won't spoil it but it's fairly obvious when you see it!
  5. Zunsport fitted properly. I'm in two minds about removing the nissan badge and smoothing it over or not. I wonder if it will look a bit daft on the original bumper? Oil cooler and gauge all fitted and working correctly. At the moment I have it wired up to be blue during the day and red at night (goes red when I put the head lights on) though I may ditch the blue as it doesn't match any thing else in the car!

    NEW RIMS

    Very nice indeed.
  7. Very good point. I have 2 plates to run a sensor which obviously makes it less cost effective. Mishimoto may be cheeper over all and to be fair you will have less joints so less chance of a leak.
  8. Or this if you can live without the bling it's nearly half the price: https://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/p/mocal-oil-sandwich-plate-with-thermostat-m-otsp-1 I think you will still get most of the oil out even if you don't take the sump plug out dude...Get a new bucket, drain the oil in to that and re use it. As jumping 350 suggested, gauze in the funnel is a great idea to ensure your don't get any contaminates back in the system.
  9. As above. I bought the kit from Aaran and I believe he got the plates from Merlin Motorsport but it would be worth dropping him a pm to confirm
  10. Bugger! I would have had that catch can! Nice to meet you today mate, just got done fitting it and as you said it went in like a dream
  11. I think you'll be looking at an oil drain bud. I've literally just fitted an oil cooler and temp gauge to mine and the set up has 2 sandwich plates, a thermostatic one with the lines to the cooler and one with the tap's for the sensors. I only changed my oil 200ish miles ago but which is annoying but I don't think there is any way around replaceing it unless you drain in to a bucket and reuse the oil...
  12. IMHO, alezan on red is not a great colour combo! I can see where you're going though with planning on fitting the red bucket seats. I think it will bring it all together. I would love to dye my seats red but don't have the tallen/ guts to go through with it! I certainly think this one has potential as red on GM looks great
  13. So another small update today. I've taken the front bumper off in preperation for fitting Arran's old oil cooler tomorrow. Having read his build thread (highly recommended) I was rely impressed in how much detail and care he put in to his car so I know it will be a top piece of kit It's just a shame he has now defected to the dark side of BMW! While the fronts off I'm going to fit the zunsport grill. My front is missing one of the plastic trim pieces you would normally screw the zunsport to as the ingen intake sits where it would normally be. And because everyone loves a bit of beading
  14. Cheers mate . What's up with the plate? I thought being an import that was standard?
  15. So strictly speaking it's nothing to do with my Z but my boss had one of his cars in the office today and it's a total beauty. It's a lola T70 coupe, 1953 (I think) with a small block chevey producing around 600bhp, which isn't bad when the car weighs under 750kg depending on who's sitting in it!
  16. I bloody love those wheels Nismo on the Z.............The GTR is OK to I guess haha.
  17. Sadly not! They are made by Ace alloys. Don't get me wrong, they would look awesome on the right car and with 20mm spacers the sizing/offsets is perfect for the Z. They are totally mint to as the previous owener had them refurbished to help sell the car. I will be putting them up for sale shortly and quite cheep as they are taking up a lot of room in my very small shed!
  18. Sweet, that's a bit of a bonus then! Haha yea thanks Arran! Turns out my next mod may not be suspension related after all
  19. I was under the impression it was just a JDM spec spoiler? Can't see any part numbers on it so I'm not sure. It's on my list of things to change, I would love a TS Strosek style rear spoiler but I'll need to fit a UK spec spoiler to make that work.
  20. Haha no, it's still quite floppy! I sprayed he runners with some silicone sprays and it opens and and close's better than it did but it still feels a little cheep!
  21. I brought this car about 4 weeks ago, I rely wanted a UK spec model but after doing a fair bit of research I wasn't overly put off by an import providing it had the right option boxes ticked I.e brembos and leather! So this is how she looked when I picked her up. Nice enough, but the eagle eye readers may spot the very understated 20" wheels! Aesthetically I think they look Ok but to be honest, it handled like a tram on the drive back from Southampton so I knew they were going to have to go. Also the service history on the car is a little vague so curtesy of Cougar Store, I replaced, the engine oil, filter, gear box oil (added Molly slip), diff oil, spark plugs and aux belts. So this is how she looks now. I've put the Rays back on, (cheers Busta!) and what a difference it's made to how the car drives. The current mod list is as follows: Engine: Motordyne plenum spacer Ingen CAI (cone filter that sits in front of the rad) Uprev reflash Exhaust: Abbey Motorsport de-cats Motordyne XYZ with race cat Toyo sport SS back box Suspension: Bogo standardo Body: Tarmac Mines style front lip (x2 as I broke the first one) Tarmac side diffuser plates Tarmac nismo style rear spats (being painted shortly) Zunsport black front grill (not yet fitted) Interior: Painted centre consol Blox Platinum type-R shifter (on order) Next thing on my ever growing list is to bring her down a bit, probably going to go with springs to start off with but il have to give my wallet a break as it's taken a bit of a battering recently! Thanks for looking, Rich.
  22. Very intersted in the oil cooler. If the above pm isn't regarding that then please let me know
  23. Cheers for the comments guys! It's all back in and I'm very happy with the results! Will get pics up shortly hit it's difficult to get the proper effect with my iphone camera. All the rattle cans were just halfords own brand
  24. Yea no problem mate. Im in Farnborough so quite local to Windsor. Drop me a pm and we can sort something.
