  1. I don't mean to jack the thread, but I might sell mine? Only if the OP doesn't sell you his, as he has first dibs
  2. Sorry mate, got them 2nd hand from a member on here. Should be able to google it, or one of the forum traders might be able to help?
  3. Are my prices too high, or is it just that nobody is interested? I am willing to lower for a quick sale
  4. I can 2nd the wheel specialist, did my bmw wheels are we perfect. Tried "Silver wheels" literally 2 doors up from them, my god the results are bad. Half my spokes are still the original colour, didn't paint in the bolt holes and the hub is still silver ( I went for slightly darker than gunmetal - sticks out a lot )
  5. Thats terrifying haha You can get mid range tyres for not a lot more, and my MPSS were around £530 from Oponeo just over a week ago. Shop around, maybe try Falkens? Not bad for the money but not great either I'm not keen on them to be honest, maybe on a slower less powerful car. Cool, thanks mate. I'll shop around. I've only checked Tyreleader and Blackcircle so far. Will try the one you proposed. But you'll trust Jinyu? Really? Falkens have great reviews too....
  6. V8 or nothing. Ecoboost is a bit pants. Such a stunning and meaty car, can't have a little 4 cylinder noise coming out!
  7. Between the Porker and Beemer for me, But they both fall a bit on the interior, but hey, cracking cars and low mileage on the BM. The A45 to me is a bit boy racer and lunch box-y. But some people like that! Personally I'd either save a bit longer and get a nicer car ( take that as you will ) Or get a 370 Nismo
  8. I have had mine for a year now, and I've never noticed a start up like that :S I don't use my car more than 4 days a week usually, and went away for a week and it was fine. Maybe I'm not leaving it as long as you?

I wonder what the servicing costs would be like having watched a video on youtube ( DedicationBlog ) and he paid through the nose for a basic brake job... FRONT ONLY discs + labour was around £700! Here's the link, just to give you a quick idea, obviously it's just what he has gone through, might be better or worse! Granted you can buy and fit your own, and I'm not sure if they are hugely different between the V8 and V10 models, but hey. I quite like them, just not quite a safe buy just yet IMO - Good luck with whatever you choose , and as always - PICS!!!
  11. Hi mate, I've just had my wheels refurbed, and put a new set of MPSS all round. I have two 225/45/18's with around 4mm tread for sale - Unfortunately I am based down south near Bournemouth. They are Falken FK453's and you can see them in the "350z parts for sale" section Are you going to the Silverstone Japfest? I might be able to bring them then?
  12. Hey, maybe his Wanli's are rated for wet racing, you never know On a more serious note, I get pee'd off too when they cheer and clap for an accident - I'd do the opposite! Cheer and clap etc for a good save! Seen a few where they spun a full 360 or more and the "crowd" are silent, almost disappointing that the car didn't get wrecked - Grinds my gears.
  13. I know right, not sure if luck or skill, but I think he's clear of any damage - ignoring his pride though.

Nice to see a drift video where they didn't do 20+ takes first. Can tell by the lack of fresh rubber on the road
  15. Not sure if this is in the right section, but I watch a fair few of these vids at work and when I get home ( probably why I get nothing done but hey, they still pay me ) Spotted this poor 350z hitting the barrier quite hard Hope it's not anyone from on here, and even if it isn't, I hope they are okay!
  16. Well its more the buttons to be honest, I think the wheels the same.

I was thinking that, but then I thought wouldn't they have put the gearstick on the coloumn too? My mums '14 plate E class has that, and it drives me crazy! Glad to see they kept the gearstick in the center, where it belongs. Besides, 7 on the tree doesn't work ( Nor does 7 on the floor hahaha )
  18. Might want to mention it's a pre facelift model ( I'm assuming, as it's different to my facelift model wheel )
  19. Ah that's what I was worried about. Thanks for confirming this, albeit bad news I had a look at their website, and I might have a chat with him, thank you for the recommendation They say on their website not to use a detergent based wash, as it will undo all their work ( big concern for me ) I use Megs Ultimate Wash, I'm assuming as I cannot find any information on this, that the Megs will be fine to use?
  20. Hi guys, after recently having my wheels refurbished and falling in love with the Zed all over again, I want to address the shoddy paint work. My car is 95% swirl marks, as the previous owner clearly didn't care what grade of sandpaper he washed my car with. ( For the record, I use a wash mitt and hose it off/clean it after every panel, so I'm not perfect either ) I'm thinking now that the weather is getting better, I might clay the car myself, doing one panel a time, then going crazy with "Poorboys Black Hole" to try and mask the swirls, if not remove some. ( I work nights so it's hard to spend a couple hours cleaning as I need to retain my sleep schedule, and social commitments with the other half ) But from what my limited knowledge is telling me, the Poorboys will just mask it, is this correct? Like it will just fill in the swirls, only to come back in a few washes? Now my 2nd option is a full paint correction, but I believe this to cost around £400??? That's crazy - Although the level of practice required, added with materials used and sheer man hours, I understand why it costs so much. I can't afford the full paint correction for now, as I have a holiday booked and other stuff to pay for, so for now I'll give the DIY approach a go, but my real question is, how long does paint correction last? Can anyone recommend a company near Bournemouth? I was looking at these two, and wondered if anyone had any experience with them http://www.newforestautoclean.com/services/ http://www.detailvalet.co.uk/services.php Thanks for your time guys and gals

Wow, the interior is pretty nice - shame about the rest I'm confused by the one stalk thing, can you explain how it works?
  22. I completely forgot I needed to look into this, so thank you
  23. Sorry forgot to add that in ( done now ) They are 225/45/18's
