  1. Hi Mate, no worries! Im currently still looking at wheels as im waiting for the funds, hoping to purchase some in the next couple of months, just being extra picky as they have to look / fit right. Im still unsure on the linear course wheels as I haven't seen a UK car with them on, and wanting to know whether they will clear the Brembos etc. However if they do fit then I wont see many driving around with the same setup
  2. What wheels are those mate? Sizes and Tire sizes etc Looks fab!
  3. I would lower but having scraped a few speed bumps around my area (at stock height) Il just keep it as is, just isnt practical for me. Mike heres a link to a website in the UK that stock them: http://www.revolution247.com/catalogue/shop-by-category-alloy-wheels-linea-corse
  4. I see pretty much at least one a week around Nottinghamshire. Never did before I bought the car! Maybe thats because Im now always on the look out though
  5. Agreed Steve! Thats why I love the stance of those 18s, although im staying at stock height so my car will just look like a 4x4 Bunny Those Panasport wheels are the sex, my favorite wheels but literally impossible to get hold of I would have those over any other wheels
  6. Insurgency (if you like shooters) is ONLY £2.74!
  7. This is exactly what I was thinking, the fitment is sexy
  8. Which Wraiths? There was a certain type near a well where you need wraith oil and the correct time of day helps to kill it (night I think as it was a noon wraith or something). Im a little further on from there. Theres an old guy doing a ritual and you have to keep 3 fires lit and you just get swarmed with 5-6 wraiths constantly, its a nightmare!
  9. Yeah! But stuck on killing some wraiths at level 5... I fail I am, haven't had much chance to play recently, just got to the second map. It seems likely a nicely polished game, I just find the controls a little unresponsive and keep running in to walls and stuff. Thats exactly the issue im having with it, just feels a bit clunky. Ive got it on PC and im so fed up with the wraiths I haven't played in days now
  10. Yeah! But stuck on killing some wraiths at level 5... I fail
  11. Best part driving there - worst part, driving home after leg day! Haha so true! Would probably be worse if my gym actually had a squat rack though And you call that a gym! Hahah its nice and theres no nob heads, just full a retirees, it does its best
  12. Best part driving there - worst part, driving home after leg day! Haha so true! Would probably be worse if my gym actually had a squat rack though
  13. Being self employed you occasionally get some down time so I mostly fill the time with going to the gym, best part about it is driving the Z there and back though!
  14. Currently playing War Thunder and Counter Strike Global Offensive on the PC! Do have an xbox but just so bored with its current content. If any of you guys also play PC and have steam add me: jonty1991
  15. Tough one. If you exclude my current Zed then I guess the black Capri 2.8i I owned in the 80's, I kept that for almost 3 years. Pete Funny you should say the Capri, ive always aspired to own one, one day! Love the style of them and the body shape is one of the best in my opinion.
  16. Great way of getting rid of your money Pete thats one way of looking at it. Personally, I see it more as not falling foul of much depreciation (actually sold my Celica GT4 for more that I paid for it a month earlier) - plus theres the added benefit of enjoying different cars a few times each year. In an ideal world I would have a huge garage and unlimited funds :-) I used to change my cars fairly often too when I was younger (and didn't have a care in the world). For example I had a new Triumph Spitfire for just 4 months, a new Austin Healey Sprite for 9 months and so on. Lost money on them all, but depreciation on new cars back then wasn't as severe as it is now. Only car that I made a bit of money on was a Mini 1000 and they shot up in value during the fuel crisis in 1974. Started keeping my cars a bit longer, 18 months average in the 80's but then had the same car right through the 90's, in fact since 1989 I've owned just 4 cars. I have to say that box ticking is a thing of the past for me, I just want something that's reasonably quick, super reliable and if looked after will last for many years without any major dramas. TBH, I used to love driving when I was younger but recently find it something of a chore. Pete Best car you've owned Pete?
  17. Awesome mate, TVR Chimaera, always loved that car from playing Gran Turismo as a kid! Some really cool cars on that list, I think I need to drive an MX5 one day to see what all the fuss is about Thanks for the feedback mate.
  18. Unfortunately its the price you pay for driving an uncommon, powerful, fun and good lucking car, but I can tell you its worth every penny to own something unique to the masses.
  19. the downside to changing cars so often is the hike the insurance guys put on for a change in policy, but what can you do eh? I've loved the 350Z. Its comfortable, fun to drive and has a reasonable turn of speed. Slower than some I've owned and faster than others. The noise is very good too, especially with the Nismo exhaust! I'd give it a solid 7 out of 10, purely from my own experiences and criteria. Interesting info mate, out of curiosity what have you owned thats been more fun / quicker / better to drive than the 350z?
  20. Love the idea of changing cars every 6 months although I dont think i could part with a car that regularly How have you found the 350z then? What about an S15 Silvia next?
  21. The 07-09 models have the most powerful engines from the 350z range (313bhp) Im not very clued up on the earlier models as mines an 08. Get one with the least miles on it and possibly an unmodified version to give you a nice blank canvas should you wish to mod it. The road tax on the pre 2006 cars is 350 quid (I think), 2006 and above its 500 quid. My average combined mpg currently is about 25 but on the Motorway around 32-33mpg. Hope this helps you in some way mate and welcome to the forum
  22. Sounds a good price to me! I paid £10,250 for my 08 HR with 42,000 on the clock, that was only 3 months ago
  23. The wheels sit really well on your car, I may opt for the Gun metal colour for a slight contrast on my car.
  24. Buy the real thing buddy No need for 10" fronts, 9 or 9.5 is perfect for the tyre size http://www.350z-uk.c...mgt4s-for-sale/ These are nice mate but cant help thinking I like the concave on the Rota's a little more!
  25. Nice one Payco, im liking the GTR's! Do you have 10'' on the rear and 9'' on the front? Thinking I would like 10'' all round if they fit ok on the fronts
