  1. The Gunmetal or Bronze would look nice with the silver, gives it some real presence! Could always just get lowering springs, a lot cheaper!
  2. Ahh thanks for this Payco, I did wonder about springs instead of coilovers. I want the car to still be pretty functional if I lowered without having to mess about with anything.

  5. Thanks for all the info guys, really wasn't sure how to go about it! Wont be paying for the rest of the year then!
  6. Hi guys, So im currently in the process of selling my current car (05 Celica) and buying an 08 Z! The issue I have is that when my current car came up for tax renewal at the start of December 2014 I opted to pay for it via direct debit due to the new system allowing you to. Now when the car is eventually sold how can this be transferred to the new owner? Ive already had a search online and cant find much so thought ide ask you guys to see if anyone has experienced this yet? Otherwise it looks like il be paying my old cars tax for the remaining 9 months... Thanks!
  7. Thanks Kyle! What becomes the issue once the car is lowered on 19s? What needs to be altered?
  8. Thanks for this mate, I shall be sure to check out both links! Also that clears up any problems with getting 19s so thanks also for sharing your sizes
  9. This post pretty much answers all my questions from my post. et12 all around looks good mate and il probably try and use the stock tyres to. Any colour you have in mind?
  10. Thanks Nowehereboy, il take a look at the post. I like the style of the Rota Torques as there not as common as something like the Grids. Zedd have you had to do anything to the suspension or anything to the steering to fit the 19s? Thanks also Will!
  11. I see Zedd, Im guessing youve either lowered (lowering) or added 19's to your car then?
  12. Thanks Brillo thats helped me understand a bit more! What is the deal with the arch rolling can I ask?
  13. Hi Pjf and thanks! Im not a massive stance guy but Im more in to the performance look. As the car will be black I love the look of something like these:
  14. Hey guys, Im new here so hello to you all! Im currently in the process of purchasing my first 350z, its been a while coming but I can finally afford one. The model in question is a Black 08 GT with the standard GT alloys. Im already eyeing up potential mods for the car but want to start by changing the wheels. Im new to modifying as I spent 4 years being a student so couldn't really afford to do anything to my current car (05 Celica). Im eyeing up 18 inch alloys as ive read that the suspension or handling (correct me if im wrong) has to be altered slightly to fit 19s. Im confused by what off set and width of alloy I need, I would like a nice fit against the body work, maybe even poking out slightly. Would I have different sized wheels on the front and back? Also could the stock tyres be used to fit the new alloys? Im totally new to all this so go easy on me haha, Thanks guys!
