Unfortunately 'milk' is not allowed across the threshold, she insists on the red top stuff..... not sure I fancy poaching them in milk first but you've got me thinking of a coconut milk poach would be good. If you're poaching them in coconut milk, add some Thai curry paste. Lovely.

Boil the thighs in milk with a chicken stockpot added to it Pat them dry. Salt and pepper. Grill.

Great on my front. Fasted cardio is really working. Because of the year I've had, I just threw training in the bin. I'd eat once a day or sometimes not at all. I'm fully on the mend and eating 5 times a day and getting 4L of water in has made my muscles just fill right out. Great stuff. I've settled into the mindset of marathon and not sprint. My goal is to be in great shape NEXT summer. Circa 10% body fat and 14.5/15st. Next summer I'll begin dating I think. Confidence is very attractive and I'll have it. Hope everyone else is doing well.

Yeah I tried one of my mates who lives in a very very upmarket village. Barely any different. There's something strange going on somewhere, that is specific to me. That's the only think I can think of that would cause such an anomaly. Can insurance companies be prejudice if they have reason to, but withold that info from you?
