3. Hi all. Just a quick update. Deposit taken. Very sad day. Hope the new owner enjoys the Z as much as I did. Jon
4. That should be sorted by Nissan Mark. As far as I'm concerned , if a fault effects the safety of a vehicle it should be repaired when a car is under warranty. Take it back. I've never had this problem nor should you. Jon
5. Yes. I've had offers but on the silly side. Lets see what tomorrow brings. Wrong time of year to sell a roadster. Come April/may you can add another £1000.00
6. I've never know a vehicle to get so much interest in only a few days. Wish I had three of these to sale . Hundreds of hits on the trader site. Got viewings tomorrow. Fingers Crossed Jon
7. This thread may seem a be odd because of the re-trim which I've have just done to my Z. But,I'm putting my lovely 370z roadster up for sale. Why I hear you say?? Well. I have a problem with my back. I managed to injure it at work a few months ago and its not getting any better. The Z only makes it feel worse especially on long journeys. Nothing I can do. I have tried all the different driving and seat potions and it doesn't make any difference. As you know, recently she was re-trimmed in the 40[sup]th[/sup] Ltd edition colours. Plus all the other new bits and upgrades I've done . Which doesn't make this decision any easier. A very sad day I wanted you all to know why because you may see it for sale on the trader. Walk round vid here: https://youtu.be/sCXStlEEUj0 All this for only £16495 Pictures are to large to upload here, so pm me and I will send them to you. Cheers Jon
8. Hi all. I have up for grabs a set of knee pads in black leather (well I think its leather) with double red stitching. I bought them as an upgrade last summer. You may or may not know that I'm having my interior retrimmed in red so these knee pads will be replaced with Alcantara ones. You may be thinking, well they won't suite my interior because I don't have red stitching any were else. True, but you can do what I did and colour this with a red marker pen. Very quick and a simple up grade to do. There's a bit on you tube on how to do this ( ) These knee pads are genuine Nissan and not coloured. I paid £100 for the set Thanks
9. Hi Vinny73. She looks good. Same colour as my roadster. Nothing much to add. Only thing you should try is. Try closing the roof. It might catch on the closing panel as it closes. You might ask them to adjust if it does. Any thing else is the same as the coupe. Send me a pm if you want to know more. Jon
10. Needed to replace my stock Bridgestone's early part of this year. Went for a full set of Vredestein Ultrac Vorti. Got a full set unfitted for £573.00 from Germany via TYRELEADER . Fitting was £16 a corner. So all in all a good deal. Good looking tyre. Better road grip. No tracking. Road noise- the same as Bridgestone.
11. Yes they do. As said, look in the traders section. I got mine that way. Jon
12. I would take out in mine but no seats or steering wheel at the moment. Their boxes up and off to the trimmers. Merry Christmas Jon
13. Thanks Robchriscross, Definitely clearing up my auto concerns, Ok i know nothing really about the Z so this may be a daft question but why do they need an exhaust upgrade, Is the standard exhaust restricted so an upgrade will release more power ? No, it doesn't need it but you will want it. As for the auto box. I didn't want another auto box, but the paddle shift on these are the nuts. Go for it. Jon
14. Loads about. Find one and asks questions here it you need to. Jon
15. Wow. Good old Santa. He brings the best present. :teeth:
16. Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy new years. Lets a have a good one. Cheers Jon
17. Looks very good. Nice job I had some bodywork done under warranty. Same as yourself. Full service history is needed and the age of the vehicle. Even then it wasn't easy. It all depends on the dealership who are the eyes of Nissan customer services. If they say its not a warranty problem, NCS will believe them. Jonathan
18. Very nice. I wouldn't want to do an engine rebuild in that one
19. http://www.banggood....r-p-969358.html Nice. Did you hide your wires. Cant see how they did see it. It looks like it was still recording after they got out (ignition off). JT
20. Not sure of the reg. If it was you, you had just gone over the Milton trading est roundabout heading towards Didcot train station. I was in my gunmetal 370 roadster.
21. Use to own a Crossfire. They to suffer from heated seat problems. It was down to broken heater elements in the seat. Hope its not the same problem.
