I went for Goodyear F1 this time around no issues so far and overall pleased with performance but going to try the MPSS next time as lot of people rave about them being a great all rounder
-
Silver or GM sorry not to sure but sounded really nice @ Edinburgh Way on Sunday Evening Blue about 5.40pm this evening near passmores school. Done the usual respecting a fellow Z owner by flashing my lights to say Hi

Welcome i literally done same thing sold my EP3 and purchased the 350Z you will not be disappointed, best thing i done to be honest
-
thats what I thought at first they look exactly the same as whitelines with orange centre when got them but at the price not going to be same build quality well can't be lol only lasted me max 2mths hope your ones last longer though
-
I put cheap adjustable ones on from eBay 2mths ago and now knocking, get what you pay for I suppose. first thing I ever bought cheap for the car, going to order from Clarkes new whitelines to be honest worth in the long run. I won't be scrimping again only cheap item purchased and be the last as this car demands quality products especially suspension tyres and brakes as a heavy old motor

Hello In the market for new exhaust for the 350Z , i had a Buddy Club Pro Spec 3 on my old EP3 and loved it, bit of a drone but getting deaf in old age so not to much bothered but how bad are they on a 350z i'm hoping same sort of noise as the sound deadening on both cars is nearly none existence, or do you think will be to bad for a daily driver and i start using more Neurofen than Super Unleaded on my travels ? I searched YouTube and found an HR 350Z but that was external sound cannot find one from inside the car Any thoughts appreciated, avoid, snog or marry the buddy club ? Cheers in advance Darren

135i coupes currently taxed: 734 350Z currently taxed: just under 7000 Forget the coupe thing they all have the same ugly mug front end. He said 1 series.I lost count at 24000 units and got as far as the 116d couldn't be arsed to add the others up. Common as muck. Sorry Guys just meant in general the 1 series, if less coupes then cool as i honestly do not like them, but then again thats own personal choice, i just like japanese cars...

Think I went for a stiffer rear, but then I like my cars oversteery and I had a hell of a lot of other bracing on as well which affected just how much the ARBs changed the drive. I'd certainly start with your settings, you can always change them easily enough to suit your own style Sounds like good advise, i will try that set-up first

re-setting the Air bag light.......enough is enough !!!

Clock Spring had one fail on my old EP3 on steering wheel there is housed a coil (clock spring) it just keeps an electrical connection to airbag while steering wheel is being turned left to right. hope that helps -
Blimey that looks a great job really impressed with that finish from photos. I'm also after stock, so looks like the usual suspects - scrap yards or ebay for second hand parts

So they have good website, great pictures but S*** customer aftercare, they obviously have their priorities in the wrong order. Been looking at the 370z just lately and come across them, seems the forum has saved me the hassle and to avoid this dealer besides can't make my mind up gonna stick with 350z for time being only had a year and if i get the urge again in few months to trade the 350z for the 370z then i know who not to use....
-
I had a mini metro (showing my age now) way above 100.... couldn't pull away from it I was towing it though sorry couldn't resist Serious note like most people say all cars are quick its the person who bottles it first.... 350z all the way everyone looks at the car and no one takes a blind bit of notice at a 1 series as just to many of them
-
Adrian I'm in no rush mate so sort the priorities out first, if you let me know in next few days be fine
-
You know what mate i was looking at mine today and thinking same thing Might wallpaper mine they must make some sort of stick on kit for the dash i reckon,
-
Many thanks Ekona appreciated whats the best setting for front and rear - not tracking so just road use some people say soft front - middle rear whats your opinion ? On that basis Adrian can you drop me costs on a PM for following :- Eibach Arb Kit Eibach Rear Camber Arms Camber Bolts for both sides to suit so assume Eibach ones Tie Rods inner and outer, can you advise cost on both Teins and Nissan Oh i just love a simple informative response, makes life so much easier. No messing about and now looks like i'm sorted , well once been quoted and paid Darren
-
Cheers Adrian The droplinks are brand new give or take a month as i had them installed personally not by previous owner, do i need adjustable ones though if car not been lowered on these Eibach Arb Kits ? The Camber bolts are they straight replacement or do i need to make holes bigger, if so do you get a template etc so my mechanic can cut hole to fit them perfect? As previously mentioned the car has not been lowered so the camber arms can they be set to oem tolerances for the camber ? Sorry these all maybe stupid questions to you but honestly not much knowledge when comes to suspension over than when i'm gunning it to much and I'm loosing control of the car

The Z is a magnet for mondeos, golfs, focus and transit vans all want a piece of me, sorry always have to oblige and floor it then see them further away in rear view mirror, i grow up one day but not just yet they are just annoying like the first post like bee's hovering around Corsa VX like everyone says a good looking motor if i was 18 again...

Hello Everyone, newbie so apologies from the offset Sorry joined a while ago but not posted to much as tried to use the search forums for advise and utilise the expertise of others rather than pester you all the time, come from a EP3 to the 350Z so now learning new mods for a better car Great forum by the way and have gathered much help in little things that i needed to do to the car, but i really could do with your advise on my suspension set-up, all standard at moment but looking to upgrade gradually, hope you can help on below and hopefully not bored you to death.... a) First upgrade Eibach Arbs front and rear - as want to improve handling in corners, the car has brand new Goodyear F1 all round and also brand new oem non adjustable drop links so my question is can i keep these oem droplinks and use in partnership with the Eibach Arbs or is that pointless ? just i have not lowered the car and only see need for adjustable drop links if i have lowered or wish to lower in future, or am i being stupid and need to change to whiteline or spl straight away ?? I had my new tyres fitted and had a hunter 4-wheel alignment done , but when they done front alignment they mentioned my tie rod ends inner and outer may not last if another adjustment is needed in future, so what ones are best to go for ? c) Rear Camber they said little out but cannot adjust as the camber bolts look to rusty and they didn't want to heat up as close to aluminium sub-frame and they may also shear them. so i told them to leave and i will purchase new ones and get adjusted at later date, but again could do with your help, I've also heard maybe best to change arms at same time as the bolts tend to rust / bond to the arms - so again whats a decent set of bolts and camber arms. - photo attached i pinched of google, hope that's the camber and not toe but these are the bolts they wouldn't touch, oh hope that's camber and not toe also as i will look a right t** Again appreciate your help and advise on the above, whether forum members or traders i be just glad for the assistance Darren
