I had something like this happen turned out i had a Amazon.co.uk account and a .com account they do not share order history so maybe you ordered from a diff one ? as your payment info ect is auto shared

Not sure if this will help mate but i run the same set up and it bugged me no end when i installed it and had rattles in the end i removed the lot and Dynamated all the sub area and the metal around it it removed all the rattles and made it sound 100 times better i also Dynamated the doors ect with what i had left over and it just made the whole system sound better regards

By far the worst company i dealt with was APC overnight i bought an item from a seller on here and it was a nightmare to get it they claimed to have tried to deliver at 23.59 on the day it was due then for 3 days told me it was on the van and it would be with me by 10 then 12 then 16.00 after waiting for days i was slowly starting to lose my temper so i told them i would drive to the depo and pick it up myself to which they replyed you can't there is a bomb scare the building has been emptied. At the same time the seller contacted them to be told that their driver has been rushed to hospital. When i got there they were all in the office no police no bomb teams i went in to the office and had a few words within 5 mins the guy went out the back and got my parcel it had not even been loaded on a van!!!!

Well the dip had to come off no matter what. But i won't start repairs on it until it has been looked at by the assessor i just wanted to see how bad it was

looked at the car today spent 8 hours removing pasti dip from bonnet it does not like the cold ( hands covered in blisters now ) the damage is not to bad at all i think the bumper is going to have to changed and maybe bonnet and the iner wheel arch has had some clips broke not sure if it needs to be replaced Again lol

Instead of waiting i contacted his insure company so they will ring him and tell him i am making a claim no point waiting on the police as they said the insure side is not there issue the fact he drove off is

No they said it will take 3 weeks to track him talk to him do paper work and let me know whats going on lol

Hi Already been to talk to the police they are going to send someone to talk to him but it may take up to 3 weeks for them to let me know whats going on. So i contacted my insure company just to let them know what happened not to claim and they gave me the guys insurance company and details 'so i have just called them direct and said it is there choice they can either deal with fixing the damage to my car or i can go to a claims management company and let them deal with it. They said they will contact him now for his side and then let me know whats going to happen next the fact i have 3 witnesses help my case a lot Rob

Just wanted to rant sorry ..... Parked in Tesco went in to grab a few bits came out after 15 mins to find 3 people standing around my car. They then tell me a 4x4 Reversed out of a bay across 15 meters of car park UP on to the bonnet or my car then drove off without a care in the world even with people trying to stop him. Lucky they got his reg and gave me there details now i have to decide what to do i have to go to the police station in the morning to fill out paper work so they can go talk to the guy. The damage looks like front bumper,Bonnet ( might be able to save) and PS wing (Might be able to save) i am not to bothered about the damage to the car just that the guy did not Stop and deal with it Pic below will see in daylight how bad it is http://postimg.org/image/ty2na1jgr

Yeah i am in Talks with him already then i saw the SC today ffs now i am mixed again about if to turbo or SC the car
