Hi Mark Errm, I'm about as good with a Windows laptop as I am with the internal combustion engine, I would probably prefer to come down to you I assume probably best to get the de-cats done first?
-
Thanks for reply's, I think I will definitely go for de cats & will look further into up-rev or Ecutek. Are there any companies in the Midlands who do up-rev's or Ecutek tuning?

My missus has just leased one of these. Got to be honest it is an unbelievable car (not as good as a Zed obviously) But for a 4 cylinder turbo car, the power delivery, is amazing. Just wanted to share that with you really!! I get to drive it quite a lot as she is always fec*ing nicking mine!!

Hi, I have had my 370z for about 2 months now. I had a Cobra exhaust fitted by Mitz straight after I bought it, will I notice any difference if I now go for:- 1. Stillen induction? 2. De cats? 3. Up Rev? Not unhappy with performance maybe just looking for a bit more response?

Hi, I am thinking of having my OEM wheels powder coated black on my 370z. Has anyone done this and if so, can you post up a pic? Thanks

What are the best drop-in filters to use?? -
I fitted MPSS on my 350 and loved them, my 370 has Continentals and I'm not sure about them at all. I need to check the balance, tracking, etc first (hopefully this week) and then if there is no improvement, may look at swapping them?? Although I am not looking forward to the bill!! What sort of cost am I looking at for 4 tyres on a 370, standard 19" rays....

Boot mat confirmed as sold, so that just leaves the Bluetooth adapter.......which I will reduce to £50.00 for a quick sale!!!

Zed Owners MUST READ! P0011, P0021 Caused by "OIL Gallery GASKETS"
PMX replied to laytonanthony's topic in 370z General
Hi Tarl I collected my 370z 6 weeks ago & it had exactly the same problems as soon as I drove it out of the garage, limp mode kicking in, erratic oil temp gauge, etc. I took it back to the garage I had bought it from & they took it to the local Nissan dealer. I collected a few days later & they said that the oil temperature sensor had to be replaced & all was now fine. The car has been perfect since! -

I love jobs where they pay a portion of your salary in cash, drugs and escort girls. So difficult to find jobs like this these days....bloody accountants!!!
-
Just be honest with them, they won't really care what you are currently on, only that they have secured your employment at a cost level they are comfortable with (if they haven't then they shouldn't have made the offer in the first place) Is there someone at the new organisation you can have a frank discussion with regarding this? At the end of the day, do not forget you are/were happy with your previous salary so, you should be comfortable having this conversation. If you get any indication that they offered the salary they did because of what you said your earnings were rather than what they thought you were worth or what they feel the role should be paid....then maybe you should walk away. Just my two-penny worth.....

Sounds a fair point, I will start with the alignment, see how it feels after that.... Will update once it's done

ContiSportContact (just checked) I had budget/Falkens on the 350 then replaced with MPSS, made it a different car.... I would love to fit MPSS to the 370, just need to wait a while as only just purchased and have already fitted spacers and Cobra exhaust so have sort of run out of money. But Continentals are normally a decent tyre, aren't they??

I love my fireblade but it's just too much!!!!... I think I need a more comfortable? Sensible? Bike.... I am looking at a Triumph Street Triple 675. Nice looking bike, ticks all the boxes. Has anyone owned one of these and, if so, what are there thoughts? ( I don't do many miles, only use it for pleasure, maybe 1500 miles a year)

Well I've now owned the car a few weeks (although have been on holiday for a couple of weeks) Positives.... Now the car has a Cobra exhaust, it sounds great. Interior is such an improvement on the 350. The ICE is great, plays my iPod, etc.... Sat nav is very good Car performs well, although can't really tell too much difference from the 350. My daughter likes the look of the car, says it is less of a 'boy racer' car...I guess this is a good thing? Negatives..... Not too sure about the handling (I have started a separate thread on this) might just be the tyres but could be something else? Bluetooth hands free is absolute pants, can't have a conversation at all....has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions? On a separate note, should I have the wheels powder coated? Black car.....suggestions please and photos, if possible?

Hi, have had my 370 a few weeks but only covered a few hundred miles. It has Continental tyres fitted all round (by previous owner) not the usual choice for a zed, I guess? I have to be honest, the 370 doesn't feel as 'safe/sure footed' as my previous 350.... Is this the tyres? Or is it just a matter of spending more time with the car? Or should I explore further... All comments are welcome...

Oh and regarding economy 22 mpg isn't bad, I think I averaged over 2 years ownership of the 350...23 mpg, sometimes this went up to 27 mpg (with a decent run) but sometimes dipped to 18ish mpg. As Humpy says, driving a 350 isn't about mpg, just enjoy.... -

Regarding boot, you could do the 'penny trick' (you will find details on the forum) I did this on my 350 and have just done it again on my 370 (can't believe this wasn't sorted by Nissan when they redesigned/upgraded the car???) Anyway, it works a treat.... -
