  9. You need to remove it (it's on the rear hubs) if you are fitting spacers, if it interferes with the new wheels just remove it

  12. I bought that one about 3 months ago, used it 3 times before the HP ban and it's very good. Had a Karcher previously and it does seem to be put together a bit better than the Karcher
