Some of you may have heard of Simon if you've ever owned a Subaru. He owned the remap and tuning company Jolly Green Monster and was a very talented man.
He was in the process of tuning my dad's impreza when my dad got a call last week saying he was unable to continue working due to ill health, we then noticed he was quitting his job and selling all his cars including his drag impreza that runs 9s every time.
Sadly this morning we were told that Simon had passed away.
My thoughts go out to his family, he was an extremely talented man with a great heart.
R.I.P Simon Roe a.k.a the Jolly Green Monster.
Sounds about right, obviously any mod will put your premium up slightly and you should always declare, personally i've never had any issues getting insured with them so i dont see why you should be any different
im in farnborough and work in bagshot so go through frimley daily, theres loads of us in the area i see 3/4 a day and my best mate has one! he lives in blackwater, if i see you i'll give you a wave, mine is black with bronze rays
Thanks, ...it's not cheap though PPod let's put it that way.
Can PM you some prices to give you an idea though if you're serious.
could you also PM me some prices? very interested in going down the same route! you've got me hooked now
having said that do you think its worth the money supercharging the zed or would it be better spent on a faster car?? considering FI myself just wanting opinions! awesome build btw!
The main reason for lack of popularity amongst Scooby owners is the chocolate pistons on the weaker 2,5 engine they use as opposed to the stronger 2.0 from previous years. My dad has an 08 hatch and I love it, but then it has been fully forged and is pushing 500 bhp
I'm also in farnborough. Welcome along mate. The guy I bought my car off had a s2000 before hand and loved it. But he did prefer the 350, only reason he sold it was because of a child!
