Great pics, nice selection and range of cars. Used to have a Rover 200 Brm with a vvc engine, very quick in small car!

If you want to have the camera to come on when you engage reverse, you need to run a length of wire (speaker cable will be fine) to connect to the purple/white (that's what was on my pioneer uni), it is usually labelled 'reverse wire'. With this connected, thecamera will automatically switch when you engage reverse. 1 Phono leads (with jack connectors) to the back of the headunit and back to the camera. 2 speaker cable from the back of the car to the headunit. 3 black cable from the camera to be earther (use the amp fixings in the boot floor) 4 red cable connected to the power. Use the guide for a more detailed description.

The reverse light wire is a green wire with white stripes (if i remember). This will give the power to the reverse cam. Make sure you have a good earth. If you search on the forum, there are several guides that can help with installation.

Heart says Wales, head says Ireland. Although the typically unpredictable French will probably have something to say and Scotland much improved (think they will be more of a force in next years comp after the World Cup) Can never write Italy off at home at upsetting someone and turning everything upside down! Looking forwardto the comp, could be the most open in years in my opinion.

Probably needed to specifiy when ordering the kit as to which make of headunit you wanted it for. I paid something like £70 on ebay for the full fitting kit for my pioneer. I would recommend trying to swap the kit, unless you do fancy splicing sone wires!

I have the pioneer avh bt2500, good stereo for the price IMO. The patch lead will sort out your steering wheel controls (same one I bought). On the after market stereos, the sound volume is low compared to the BOSE, so might be worth doing the 'Buster mod' (search the forum), or as I'm not confident in my ability of cutting the correct wires, buy a'booster' that attaches to the wiring harness to improve volume. Hope this helps

I would love to but funds are tight....

Had this problem...hit the door card hard whilst pressing the button, opened and closed the window a few times, haven't had any problems with it since then! I might have been lucky, think it was a wet day and had to open the window to reverse, hence why it was playing up.
